【摘要】：随着全球化的快速发展,当今世界经济一体化趋势愈加明显,商业越来越呈现跨国界的发展趋势,企业也经常用跨国经营来增强企业实力,扩大企业经营区域。而注册成立海外离岸公司是企业走向世界、开展跨国业务、提升企业国际形象的捷径。在这样的背景下,对此类涉外公司协议及合同的翻译也越来越重要。本文是基于某投资公司成立协议的翻译实践所做的实践报告。第一章简要介绍了本次翻译实践活动的情况,包括项目背景、翻译目的及要求。第二章描述了翻译的过程,翻译过程包括译前、译中和译后三个阶段。第三章从词汇和句法两个方面分析了该公司成立协议的语言特征。第四章介绍了功能对等理论,并借助具体的案例,分析了该理论在本翻译实践中的应用。形式对等是必要的,但并不能满足本项翻译实践的需要,而动态对等可以解决形式对等无法处理的一些翻译难题。最后,第五章对整个翻译项目进行了反思和总结,以期为以后的商务合同翻译提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of globalization, the trend of the world economic integration is more obvious, more and more commercial trend of cross-border, transnational enterprises are often used to enhance the strength of enterprises, expand the business area. Registered overseas Off Shore Company is the enterprise to the world, to carry out cross-border operations, to promote the international image of the enterprise in this. Under the background of such foreign company agreement and contract translation is more and more important. This is the translation of an investment company established protocol based on practice report. The first chapter briefly introduces the practice of translation activities, including the project background, translation purpose and requirements. The second chapter describes the process of translation the process of translation, including translation, translation and post translation in three stages. The third chapter analyzes the linguistic features of the protocol was established from the two aspects of vocabulary and syntax. The four chapter introduces the theory of functional equivalence, and with specific cases, analyzes the application of the theory in the practice of translation. Formal equivalence is necessary, but can not satisfy the need of translation practice, translation and dynamic equivalence can solve some problems of formal equivalence cannot be processed. Finally, the fifth chapter is the reflection and a summary of the translation project, in order to provide reference for the future translation of business contracts.
