【摘要】：本文主要以两汉时期的刺客群体为研究对象,在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,结合相关史料力求对两汉的刺客及其活动做全面考察。第一章对两汉刺客及其活动做基本考察。具体内容包括刺客的类型,刺客的身份,刺杀活动在汉代的发生领域以及刺客刺杀的形式这四个与刺客和刺客活动直接相关的基本要素。第二章探讨刺客产生的背景和原因。刺客在汉代活跃既源自于汉代盛行的复仇风气,也与国家政权对基层社会的控制程度有关。其中,复仇的风气令刺客有了存在和发展的空间,而国家对基层的控制力的有限让刺客活动受到的限制显著降低。第三章考察国家面对刺客问题的应对策略及措施。汉代政权采取了复合的应对策略——打击与利用并举。所谓打击是在政治和法律两个层面均采取有效措施来控制刺客活动,对此国家采取在政治层面任用酷吏,在法律层面直接立法的措施;而利用则专指刺客代表汉政权的利益来活动时的情况,这种情形下,政府支持刺客为国家利益而行动并给予奖励。第四章论述刺客活动对两汉社会的影响。一方面通过史料的整理探求刺客活动与两汉政治生态的规律;另一方面考察刺客活动在更广泛的社会领域造成的社会影响以及催生的社会现象。
