【摘要】:大学生有焦虑情绪是一个比较普遍的现象,而特质焦虑是产生焦虑情绪的重要人格特点之一。当前对于探索影响特质焦虑的家庭社会因素研究存在一些局限,而文化对其所产生的作用则更少被讨论到。大学生作为未来社会的中流砥柱,关注他们的心理健康问题牵涉到中日两国未来在经济民生政治等各领域的发展,对比两国大学生特质焦虑的社会家庭影响因素进行对比也能在一定程度上促进两国今后在各个领域的理解与合作。所以本研究基于家庭系统理论以及McMaster家庭功能模型,通过跨文化比较的视角,旨在探索中日不同文化下社会和家庭因素对于特质焦虑的影响。本研究将分三步进行,首先分别在中国群体与日本群体中,探索家庭功能、社会支持与特质焦虑之间的三者关系,其次将中日两国群体进行对比,验证国籍差异对影响特质焦虑的社会家庭因素产生的变化,最后从质性研究的视角探索特质焦虑源头上的文化差异对两个国家特质焦虑差异的可能影响。本研究采用了问卷调查和开放题结合的研究方法。问卷部分依次使用了特质焦虑量表、McMaster家庭功能评价模式中的自评量表以及领悟社会支持量表的中日修订版本,对356名中国大学生以及279名日本大学生进行了调查研究。通过对数据的分析得出以下结果:(1)无论在哪种文化下,家庭功能和社会支持都与特质焦虑有相关;(2)中国文化下家庭功能与社会支持分别预测特质焦虑,而日本文化下家庭功能对于特质焦虑的作用被社会支持完全中介;(3)相比于日本大学生,改善中国大学生的社会支持有助于改善特质焦虑;(4)相比于中国大学生,改善日本大学生的家庭功能有助于改善特质焦虑;此外通过开放题对焦虑源头的质性分析则可以发现:(5)中日大学生之间由于文化背景的不同而存在差异,这可能是造成社会家庭因素对于特质焦虑影响有差异的原因之一。本研究揭示了社会家庭因素与特质焦虑的关系,为系统论的家庭治疗提供了一定的理论基础。同时也发现了不同文化下这种关系存在部分的差异,为今后从事跨文化心理咨询的从业者提供一定的借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:Anxiety is a common phenomenon in college students, and trait anxiety is one of the most important personality characteristics of anxiety. There are some limitations in the study of family and social factors that affect trait anxiety. College students, as the mainstay of the future society, pay close attention to their mental health problems, which involve the future development of China and Japan in the fields of economy, people's livelihood, politics and so on. Comparing the social and family factors of college students' trait anxiety between the two countries can also promote the understanding and cooperation between the two countries in various fields to a certain extent. Therefore, this study is based on the family system theory and McMas. Ter family function model. From the perspective of cross-cultural comparison, this study aims to explore the influence of social and family factors on trait anxiety in different cultures of China and Japan. Explore the relationship among family function, social support and trait anxiety. Secondly, compare Chinese and Japanese groups to verify the changes of nationality differences on the social and family factors that affect trait anxiety. Finally, from the perspective of qualitative research, we explore the possible influence of cultural differences in the source of trait anxiety on the differences in trait anxiety between the two countries. This study adopts the method of combining questionnaires with open questions. Using the trait anxiety scale. The self-rating scale in McMaster family function evaluation model and the revised version of perceived social support scale in China and Japan. A total of 356 Chinese college students and 279 Japanese college students were investigated. By analyzing the data, the following results were obtained: 1) under any culture. Family function and social support are related to trait anxiety. (2) in Chinese culture, family function and social support predict trait anxiety, while in Japanese culture, the role of family function in trait anxiety is completely mediated by social support; Compared with Japanese college students, improving the social support of Chinese college students helps to improve trait anxiety; Compared with Chinese college students, improving the family function of Japanese college students helps to improve trait anxiety; In addition, through the qualitative analysis of the source of anxiety, we can find that there are differences between Chinese and Japanese college students due to their different cultural backgrounds. This may be one of the reasons why social and family factors have different effects on trait anxiety. This study reveals the relationship between social family factors and trait anxiety. It provides a theoretical basis for family therapy in system theory, and also finds some differences in this relationship under different cultures, which provides some reference value for practitioners engaged in cross-cultural psychological counseling in the future.
