张英家训之伦理思想研究

【摘要】：张英,字敦复,号乐圃,清初康熙年间名臣,官至文华殿大学士。他结合毕生仕宦生涯及生活感悟,撰写的《聪训斋语》和《恒产锁言》,是明清仕宦家训的重要代表,在中国家训史上占有重要地位。张英家训伦理思想的形成主要得益于张氏先辈优秀家风教化的传承、桐城崇文重教、家学显著等文化环境的熏陶,以及对传统儒学中理学、易学的研习。其家训伦理思想所涉及的内容较为丰富,主要包括孝悌友爱、睦亲敬长和“唯素乃雍”、居家谨慎的齐家之法;慎择交游、近贤远佞和谦逊礼让、不为人先的处事之则;保守祖业、务本力田和俭啬持家、节用有度的治生之理;勤静恭慎、尽职尽责和清廉慎己、洁身自好的为政之要;读书不贱、颐养道心和积德不倾、敦品立行的教子之道等。由于张英的家训思想产生于封建社会,不可避免地带有天命论和重农轻商的思想局限性,但是作为明清仕宦家训的重要代表,张英家训的伦理思想主流是符合历史逻辑的必然存在。在张英家训的教化下,培养出桐城张氏一族“父子双宰相、六代十二翰林”的鼎盛门风。不仅如此,张英的家训思想对以曾国藩为代表的其后仕宦家训有着深刻的教育和借鉴意义。通过对张英家训伦理思想的完整梳理,从中提炼出对我国当下家庭教育和家风建设等具有借鉴意义的合理因子,可以为我国当下的个人道德、人际交往和消费观念提供一定的指导。

It is an important representative of the official family instruction of the Ming and Qing dynasties, and occupies an important position in the history of Chinese family instruction. The formation of Zhang Ying's family instruction ethics thought is mainly due to the inheritance of the excellent family style of Zhang's forefathers, and the revered teaching in Tongcheng. The influence of the cultural environment such as prominent family studies, as well as the study of Neo-Confucianism and Yi in the traditional Confucianism. The ethical thoughts of his family instruction are rich in contents, including filial piety, fraternity, kindness, respect and respect, and "only the simple and the Yong". The method of being prudent in one's family; Careful selection of friends, near sages and humble comity, not the first to deal with the matter; Conservative ancestral industry, the management of this field and thrift, saving money to manage the health of the reason; Diligent quiet and careful, due diligence and clean and honest, clean and clean for the government; Because Zhang Ying's thought of family instruction came into being in feudal society, it inevitably had the limitation of the theory of destiny and attaching importance to agriculture and commerce. However, as an important representative of the official family instruction of the Ming and Qing dynasties, the ethical mainstream of Zhang Ying's family instruction is an inevitable existence in accordance with historical logic. Not only that, Zhang Ying's family instruction thought has profound education and reference significance to the later official family instruction represented by Zeng Guofan, and through the complete combing of Zhang Ying's family instruction ethics thought. The reasonable factors, such as family education and family style construction, can provide some guidance for the personal morality, interpersonal communication and consumption concept of our country.
