基于语料库的中美英语语言学硕士学位论文中立场动词对比研究

立场,是研究者对其研究的态度和观点。近年来,立场表达在学术著作中受到越来越多的关注。许多学者对学术论文的研究发现,研究者不仅要对自己的研究进行客观的报道,还要用恰当的词语来表达自己的观点、态度和意见,即立场。但目前较少有从动词方面研究立场的表达。因此,本研究基于自建的中、美英语语言学专业的硕士论文库(各20篇),分析中国英语学习者和英语母语学习者在学术写作中如何运用动词表达立场。本研究涉及以往研究较少涉及的三个方面,即立场动词的频率分布、类联接和搭配、时态和语态,以对比研究中、美学术论文中用动词表达的立场的异同,并分析其可能的原因。主要研究结果如下:(1)从立场动词的总体频率分布来看,中国英语语言学硕士学位论文与美国英语语言学硕士学位论文之间有显著性差异。从立场动词的具体类别频率分布来看,情态立场动词、强化立场动词、模糊限制立场动词均有显著性差异,而态度立场动词没有显著性差异。(2)在类联接方面,可以明显看出,中国英语语言学硕士学位论文中,立场动词类联接有多用少用和误用并存的情况,而美国英语语言学硕士学位论文中类联接的种类则更加多样化。搭配方面,中国英语语言学硕士学位论文与美国英语语言...
