废弃农作物秸秆造纸项目碳减排方法学研究

【摘要】:气候变化是全世界普遍关注的问题,也是人类面临的共同挑战。温室气体产生的温室效应是导致气候变化的主要因素。中国政府在逐步完善碳市场,运用市场机制的办法应对气候变化。2015年6月,我国政府明确提出到2030年单位GDP二氧化碳排放比2005年下降60%-65%。我国秸秆资源丰富,但大多就地焚烧或废弃,其价值一直未被有效利用。将秸秆用于造纸、发电、制肥等行业可有效改善秸秆焚烧或废弃的现状,有利于减少秸秆无控燃烧造成的温室气体排放。本文的主要研究目的是开发“废弃农作物秸秆造纸项目碳减排方法学”,建立废弃农作物秸秆造纸项目“可监测、可报告、可核查”的MRV体系,为自愿减排碳市场交易体系提供技术支持。本文以“废弃农作物秸秆造纸项目碳减排方法学”为主要研究对象,研究内容及结果如下:国家发改委共公布200个自愿减排方法学,涉及秸秆利用的自愿减排方法学共有5个,均未涉及秸秆造纸项目。本文通过借鉴已开发方法学,研究出适合我国国情的“废弃农作物秸秆造纸项目碳减排方法学”,主要包括其适用说明(来源、定义、适用条件)、排放量相关计算(基准线排放、项目排放、泄漏等)以及具体的监测方案(监测规则和监测的数据、参数)。以黑龙江某秸秆造纸项目为例,采用该方法学对项目温室气体减排量进行了计算,秸秆供应量、运输情况和工艺能耗是影响项目碳减排量的主要因素;利用层次分析法,对废弃农作物秸秆在不同利用方式下的综合效益进行了对比评价与分析。
[Abstract]:Climate change is a global concern and a common challenge for humanity. Greenhouse Effect, a greenhouse gas, is a major contributor to climate change. The Chinese government is gradually improving the carbon market. In June 2015, our government made it clear that the carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP by 2030 would be 60 to 65 percent lower than those of 2005. Our country has abundant straw resources, but most of them are burned or abandoned on the spot. Its value has not been effectively used. The use of straw in papermaking, power generation, fertilizer making and other industries can effectively improve the status of straw burning or waste. The main purpose of this paper is to develop the carbon abatement methodology of the waste crop straw papermaking project and to establish the waste crop straw paper project which can be monitored and reported. The verifiable MRV system provides technical support for the carbon market trading system of voluntary emission reduction. The main research object of this paper is "carbon abatement methodology of waste crop straw paper project". The research contents and results are as follows: there are 200 voluntary emission reduction methodologies published by the National Development and Reform Commission and 5 voluntary emission reduction methodologies involving the use of straw, all of which are not involved in straw papermaking projects. The "carbon abatement methodology of waste crop straw paper project", which is suitable for China's national conditions, is studied, which mainly includes its applicable description (source, definition, applicable condition), relevant calculation of emissions (baseline emissions, project emissions, etc. As well as the specific monitoring scheme (monitoring rules and monitoring data, parameters). Taking a straw papermaking project in Heilongjiang as an example, the greenhouse gas emission reduction of the project was calculated by the methodology, and the straw supply was calculated. Transportation and process energy consumption are the main factors affecting the carbon emission reduction of the project, and the comprehensive benefits of waste crop straw under different utilization modes are evaluated and analyzed by AHP.
