【摘要】：正时下正热议工匠精神,因为工匠精神的培育已进入总理的政府工作报告,同时也是因为我国目前的确非常缺乏工匠精神。这里的工匠精神应当是一个广义概念,不仅仅局限于制造业,他指的是工作者对作品精益求精的精神,而这种精神对服务业等来说也同样是需要的。各行各业的发展都需要工匠精神,这是提升竞争实力的基础。然而在工匠精神的培育中有许多问题需要我们深思。什么是工匠精神?通常把它解释为一种精益求精、一丝不苟、耐心专注、敬业乐业的工作态度。然
