【摘要】：任何一种思维路向都无法构建起中国特色社会主义伦理文化建设完整、有说服力的解释框架。从贯彻落实中央提出的"建设文化强国"、建设社会主义核心价值体系、"深入开展道德领域内突出问题的专项教育和治理"等战略构想与要求的角度看,在当前文化与价值观多元化社会条件下,建构中国特色社会主义伦理文化,本质上是一个可以跟凝聚与重建道德共识同建同构的过程。不断满足主体各方的根本利益需求,营造良好的舆论氛围,突出政府诚信的表率与引领功能,彰显和引领形成知荣明耻的社会风尚,重视借鉴与运用国外优秀伦理文化建设成果,不仅是当前社会凝聚与重建道德共识的重要举措,也是建构与社会主义市场经济相适应的道德体系、加强中国特色社会主义伦理文化建设的一种重要思维路向与实践基点。
[Abstract]:No way of thinking can construct a complete and persuasive frame of explanation for the construction of socialist ethical culture with Chinese characteristics, from the implementation of the "building a strong cultural power" put forward by the Central Committee. From the angle of strategic conception and requirement, such as constructing socialist core value system and "deeply developing special education and governance of outstanding problems in moral field", under the current social conditions of pluralistic culture and values. The construction of socialist ethical culture with Chinese characteristics is in essence a process that can be condense and rebuild the moral consensus, constantly meet the basic interests of the main parties, and create a good atmosphere of public opinion. Highlight the role of government honesty and leadership, highlight and lead the formation of the social fashion of knowing honor and shame, and attach importance to the use of foreign excellent ethical culture construction results. It is not only an important measure of social cohesion and reconstruction of moral consensus, but also a moral system adapted to socialist market economy. Strengthening the construction of socialist ethical culture with Chinese characteristics is an important way of thinking and practical basis.
