共同体信用的原理、运行机制与当代重构

【摘要】：共同体信用是传统社会信用的本质,其运行的机制主要有道德自律机制、连带责任机制、组织吸纳机制和激励惩罚机制。四大机制之间的相互耦合所形成的捆绑式系统,构成了对传统社会的有效嵌入,支撑着共同体信用的良性运行。在社会转型下,共同体信用的运行机制与现代社会逐渐脱嵌并使之失灵,一定意义上助推了当前我国社会信用危机。对共同体信用进行重构使之完成适应当代社会的转型极为必要,这种重构主要通过建立健全现代社会信用体系、推进各类社会组织发展、完善以法律为核心的制度建设以及推进诚信文化建设尤其是职业伦理建设的路径实现。
[Abstract]:Community credit is the essence of traditional social credit. The main mechanism of its operation is moral self-discipline mechanism, joint and several liability mechanism. The binding system formed by the coupling of the four mechanisms constitutes the effective embedding of the traditional society and supports the benign operation of the community credit. The operation mechanism of community credit is gradually detached from the modern society and makes it malfunction. The reconstruction of community credit to adapt to the transformation of contemporary society is very necessary, this reconstruction mainly through the establishment of a sound modern social credit system. Promote the development of all kinds of social organizations, perfect the system construction with the law as the core, and promote the construction of honesty and credit culture, especially the path of the construction of professional ethics.
