【摘要】:党的十八大报告提出全党要坚定中国特色社会主义“道路自信、理论自信、制度自信”,这是中国共产党执政理念的创新,是当代中国话语的重要内容,也是实现民族复兴的价值支撑和精神力量。思想政治教育作为中国话语的主流渠道和主要阵地,用对话式话语讲好中国故事,传播好中国声音,是构建中国特色的话语体系所赋予的时代使命,也是当前思想政治教育的中心任务。因此,对现代思想政治教育对话进行研究不仅十分必要,而且尤为迫切。本文以对话为中心,紧紧围绕“对话为什么---对话的目的和意义”、“对话是什么---对话的本质和特征”、“对话何以可能---对话实现的理论基础和现实依据”、“对话如何可能---对话的发展趋势和实现策略”等四个层面来对现代思想政治教育对话展开研究,从对话的内涵本质、功能特征、构成要素和生成条件等方面搭建一个合理的理论架构,从主体性走向主体间性、成才走向成人、文本走向人本、理论世界走向生活世界、现实走向虚拟等五个方面把握现代思想政治教育对话的发展趋势,从对话要求、对话原则、对话内容、对话过程和对话模式等方面探讨现代思想政治教育对话的实现策略,初步建立现代思想政治教育对话的理论和实践体系。1.现代思想政治教育对话的理论概说。首先,厘清现代思想政治教育对话的概念和范畴,揭示现代思想政治教育对话的内涵外延、功能特征等理论取向;其次,从主体平等基础上的思想互动、双向理解生成上的意义共享和自我价值呈现上的深度构建等三个层面来揭示现代思想政治教育对话的内在本质;再次,从现代思想政治教育对话的主体、客体、介体和环体等四个层面来揭示现代思想政治教育对话的构成要素;最后,从思维方式变革、多元话语载体和适当理性交往等层面来分析现代思想政治教育对话的生成条件。2.现代思想政治教育对话的理论基础。首先,运用马克思主义实践唯物论、社会交往理论、马克思主义人学理论来揭示现代思想政治教育对话的立论基础;其次,运用西方哲学的相关理论,尤其是马丁·布伯的存在式对话哲学、巴赫金的语言学对话理论、戴维·伯姆对话认识论为现代思想政治教育对话提供理论借鉴;再次,运用中国传统哲学的对话思想来丰富现代思想政治教育对话理论的理论资源;最后,吸纳哲学、教育学、心理学、语言学等相关学科的对话知识来拓展现代思想政治教育对话的理论视野。3.现代思想政治教育对话的现实境遇。首先,从独白式思想政治教育的基本表征及其困境来揭示思想政治教育对话的实然状态;其次,从生命意蕴中“人”的遮蔽,生活世界中“善”的迷失,教育场域中“言”的缺场等三个层面来揭示现代思想政治教育对话的“意义危机”;再次,从全球化趋势、人的网络化生存际遇、利益多元化发展趋势等三个层面来揭示现代思想政治教育对话所面临的现实挑战;最后,从当前社会变革中的对话诉求、对话范式、对话目标和对话路径等四个方面来揭示现代思想政治教育对话的应然状态。4.现代思想政治教育对话的发展趋势。第一,从主体性发展趋势来揭示现代思想政治教育对话是从主体性走向主体间性;第二,从目标发展趋势来揭示现代思想政治教育对话注重从成才走向成人;第三,从价值取向发展趋势来揭示现代思想政治教育对话是从文本走向人本;第四,从内容发展趋势来揭示现代思想政治教育对话是从理论世界走向生活世界;第五,从场域发展趋势来揭示现代思想政治教育对话从现实走向虚拟。5.现代思想政治教育对话的实现策略。第一,从确立主体性教育思想、实现管理观念的转变、选择合理的对话方法、营造理想的对话环境等方面明确现代思想政治教育对话的要求;第二,从导向原则、民主原则、开放原则、适度原则、疏导原则等方面分析现代思想政治教育对话应遵循的原则;第三,从主要内容、层次结构和确立依据等方面把握现代思想政治教育对话的内容;第四,从对话信息的发送、接收、反馈、评估等方面揭示现代思想政治教育对话的过程;第五,从线性模式、双向反馈模式、系统模式、双向互动模式等方面探讨现代思想政治教育对话模式构建。总之,本文立足于现代思想政治教育的有效性和生命力问题,着眼于现代思想政治教育对话的成功实现,以对话的视角来审视思想政治教育,突破了传统囿于方法论或认识论层面对思想政治教育的研究,从本体论角度将对话看作人的生存状态和生活方式,运用对话思维提出了“在育人中对话,在对话中育人”和构建“对话共同体”的学术观点,一方面揭示了思想政治教育对话对于人的存在与发展的本体性意义,另一方面凸现了思想政治教育对话对于人的精神建构的意义和价值,从而揭示思想政治教育对话的真实内涵,为探寻思想政治教育对话的根基提供学理依据,为变革思想政治教育的思维方式开拓崭新思路。
