网络意识形态内涵的新界定

【摘要】：十八届五中全会提出网络强国战略,不仅为我国应对网络安全提供了正确指导,也为网络意识形态的正向发展明确了方向。推进网络意识形态的发展必须不断深化对网络意识形态内涵、特点和功能的认识。一般讲,网络意识形态是指网民在借助数字化符号化信息化中介系统而进行的信息、知识、精神的共生共享活动中形成的有机体系,基本特点表现为生成的技术性、成长的互动性、信息的符号化、内容的融渗性、效果的累积性,而主要功能则有引导、聚合和转化功能。
[Abstract]:The strategy of network power proposed by the Fifth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee not only provides correct guidance for our country to deal with network security, It also provides a clear direction for the positive development of the network ideology. To promote the development of the network ideology, we must constantly deepen our understanding of the connotation, characteristics and functions of the network ideology. Generally speaking, Network ideology refers to the organic system formed by the information, knowledge and spirit of Internet users in the process of symbiotic sharing of information, knowledge and spirit with the aid of digital symbolized information intermediary system. The basic characteristics of the system are the technology of generation and the interaction of growth. The symbolization of information, the infiltration of content, the accumulation of effects, and the main functions of guidance, aggregation and transformation.
