【摘要】：制度公正与思想品德建构作为强有力的支撑点对我国的社会建设起着重要的推动作用,厘清制度公正与思想品德在建构中的互济性关系则至关重要。一个合理完善的制度关系着当前以及未来中国的建设方向和前景,所以在制度化建设的过程中理应将制度和思想品德结合起来从而形成合力,发挥最大的效力。制度是一种理性,能够将人性中的自然性与社会性、物质性与精神性有效的衔接,制度也是一种规范,这种规范性体现在人性的主体和社会的客观性上。思想品德由心理认知、思想情感和行为表现三者结合而成,其转化过程是知、情、信、意、行相互作用和循序渐进的过程。思想品德有效衔接为制度公正的实现提供了内在精神动力,制度公正的实施为思想品德平稳发展保驾护航。制度公正路径探究的切入点是制度设计和制度执行,设计的普适性和底线性保障了人们基本权利的实现和道德素质的提高,保障底层人民的基本生活需要,执行的刚硬化和责任感扩大了人们的政治参与范围,激发人们的政治热情,推进相关机构与公民互通模式。思想品德的建构又可以加深人们对制度公正的认知和认同,思想引领和舆论推动双重作用,强化制度公正的感召力和规范性,将制度他律转化为自律,实现政治美德,真正实现和谐社会。
[Abstract]:As a strong supporting point, institutional justice and ideological and moral construction play an important role in promoting the social construction of our country. It is very important to clarify the relationship between institutional justice and moral character in the construction. A reasonable and perfect system is related to the direction and prospect of China's construction at present and in the future. Therefore, in the process of institutionalization construction, we should combine the system with the ideological and moral character to form a resultant force and give full play to the greatest effectiveness. The institution is a kind of rationality, which can link up the nature and sociality of human nature, the materiality and the spirit effectively. The system is also a kind of norm, which is embodied in the subject of human nature and the objectivity of the society. The ideological and moral character is formed by the combination of psychological cognition, thought, emotion and behavior expression. The effective connection of ideology and morality provides the inner spiritual power for the realization of system justice. The implementation of system justice guarantees the steady development of ideology and morality. The breakthrough point of the path research of system justice is system design and system implementation. The universality and bottom line of design guarantee the realization of people's basic rights and the improvement of moral quality. To ensure the basic needs of the people at the bottom of their lives, the rigid and responsible implementation of the policy has expanded the scope of people's political participation and aroused people's political enthusiasm. The construction of ideological and moral character can deepen people's cognition and recognition of institutional justice, the dual function of ideological guidance and public opinion promotion, and strengthen the appeal and standardization of institutional justice. Turn system heteronomy into self-discipline, realize political virtue and realize harmonious society.
