勇于担当:大别山精神的鲜明品格

【摘要】：勇于担当是大别山精神的鲜明品格,主要表现在坚守使命、心系民众、顾全大局、迎难而上、不怕牺牲、勇于纠错等方面。勇于担当也是我们党的一贯表现。这种品格在中国革命、建设、改革过程中都发挥着巨大的历史推动作用。面对新形势新任务,我们党更需要一支铁一般担当的干部队伍。弘扬与传承大别山的担当精神,必须强化领导干部的责任意识,增强领导干部的担当底气,提高领导干部的规矩意识,完善勇于担当的用人制度,建立保护担当者的容错机制。
[Abstract]:Bravery is the distinct character of Dabie Mountain spirit, mainly in sticking to the mission, caring for the people, taking into account the overall situation, not afraid of sacrifice, the courage to correct mistakes and so on. The courage to bear is also our party's consistent performance. This character plays an important role in the process of Chinese revolution, construction and reform. Faced with the new situation and new tasks, our Party needs an iron general cadre team. In order to carry forward and inherit the spirit of responsibility in Dabie Mountain, we must strengthen the sense of responsibility of leading cadres, strengthen their base of responsibility, improve their sense of rules, perfect the system of employing people who dare to play, and establish a fault-tolerant mechanism to protect the responsible persons.
