【摘要】：国有企业思想政治工作是我们党的思想政治工作与长期革命工作、几十年经济工作实践相结合的产物，是企业经营管理的重要组成部分。在社会主义市场经济条件下，国有企业思想政治工作面临着许多新机遇和新挑战。面对经济全球化、世界多极化的新形势，国有企业思想政治工作，如果不能够注入新的活力，将失去其原有的实力优势。国有企业思想政治工作要真正被新的经济体制、社会体制所接受，就必须在传承以往的思想政治教育模式的基础上，科学创新，与时俱进，结合当前我国经济建设、企业制度的特点和思想政治工作自身的特点对国有企业思想政治工作进行深入研究，这是我们今后开展思想政治工作的强大优势所在。本文主要针对在社会主义市场经济全面发展、国有企业深化改革、现代新型企业制度建立健全这一特定社会经济背景下，通过对企业文化、企业互联网、企业心理学、企业社会工作建设的深入研究，全面贯彻十七届六中全会的内容，，加强社会主义文化建设要求我们对国有企业的思想政治工作开展深入研究。首先，本文对国有企业思想政治工作的内涵、作用及时代性因素做了理论概述；其次，通过认真研究，总结了当前我国市场经济条件下国有企业思想政治工作的变化，分析其中存在的问题，以及随着我国国有企业现代化建设的不断推进，给我党的思想政治工作提供的一系列有利条件。再次，通过创新结合方式解决当前国有企业思想政治工作所面临的问题，并以创新的形式把所带来的有利条件合理化实施，对国有企业思想政治工作进行科学分析，与时俱进，从而达到理论体系上的创新。企业文化的建设、互联网的应用、企业心理学的实施以及社会工作的结合，并把传统的文化思想和国外的先进经验，充分考虑到我国国有企业的自身特色里面去，加强新时期国有企业的思想政治工作创新研究，有利于更好地发挥国有企业思想政治工作的自身优势来进行企业其他一切工作，与时俱进。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises is the product of the combination of our party's ideological and political work and long-term revolutionary work, and the practice of economic work for decades, and is an important part of enterprise management. Under the condition of socialist market economy, the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises is facing many new opportunities and challenges. Facing the new situation of economic globalization and multi-polarization of the world, the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises will lose its original strength advantage if it can not inject new vitality. In order for the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises to be truly accepted by the new economic system and the social system, we must carry on the past ideological and political education model, innovate scientifically, keep pace with the times, and combine with the current economic construction of our country. The characteristics of the enterprise system and the characteristics of the ideological and political work itself make a thorough study on the ideological and political work of the state-owned enterprises, which is our strong advantage in carrying out the ideological and political work in the future. This paper aims at the specific social and economic background of the overall development of the socialist market economy, the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises and the establishment and perfection of modern new enterprise system, through the analysis of corporate culture, enterprise Internet, enterprise psychology, The in-depth study on the construction of enterprise social work, the full implementation of the contents of the sixth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, and the strengthening of socialist cultural construction require us to carry out in-depth research on the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises. Firstly, this paper makes a theoretical overview of the connotation, function and epochal factors of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises; secondly, it summarizes the changes of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises under the condition of market economy through careful study. This paper analyzes the existing problems and a series of favorable conditions for the ideological and political work of our Party with the continuous advancement of the modernization of state-owned enterprises in our country. Thirdly, solve the problems of the ideological and political work of the state-owned enterprises through the combination of innovation, rationalize the favorable conditions in the form of innovation, carry out scientific analysis of the ideological and political work of the state-owned enterprises, and keep pace with the times. In order to achieve the theoretical system of innovation. The construction of corporate culture, the application of the Internet, the implementation of corporate psychology and the integration of social work, and fully taking into account the characteristics of state-owned enterprises in our country, the traditional cultural thinking and the advanced experience of foreign countries. Strengthening the research on the innovation of ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises in the new period is conducive to giving full play to the advantages of ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises to carry out all other work of enterprises and to keep pace with the times.
