晋商凭什么称雄商界五百余载

【摘要】：明清时期晋商的巨大成功,在于他们能够顺应时代、锐意进取,用诚实守信、效率优先、注重秩序、利益激励等先进理念去约束自身的商业行为,从而铸就了中华文化的瑰宝——"晋商精神"。这种精神自始至终贯穿于晋商的经营管理制度、商业道德伦理和企业文化的发展过程之中,是晋商之魂。
[Abstract]:The great success of Shanxi merchants in the Ming and Qing dynasties lies in their ability to conform to the times, to forge ahead, to use the advanced concepts of honesty and trustworthiness, efficiency first, attention to order and interest incentives to restrain their own business behavior. Thus cast the treasure of Chinese culture-the spirit of Shanxi merchants. This spirit runs through the management system of Shanxi merchants, business ethics and enterprise culture development process, is the soul of Shanxi merchants.
