【摘要】：党的十八大以来,在以习近平同志为总书记的党中央的坚强领导下,全国人民万众一心、克难攻坚、砥砺前行,全面建成小康社会迈出坚实步伐、全面深化改革实现良好开局、全面依法治国开启新征程、全面从严治党取得新进展,经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态文明建设阔步迈进,取得了人民满意、社会认同、世界瞩目的巨大成绩。但与取得斐然成绩极不相称的是层出不穷的网络抹黑英烈、"青岛天价虾"坑骗游客、骑上红军雕像拍照、老人倒地无人敢扶、记者强拍艺人遗照等大量道德失范事件,严重影响着我国社会主义精神文明建设,应当引起高度关注。"国无德不兴,人无德不立"。十八大以来,以习近平同志为总书记的党中央深刻认识到道德建设对于实现中华民族伟大复兴的重大意义,进一步发扬中国共产党重视道德建设的优良传统,将培育社会主义核心价值观纳入国家治理体系,以此为现代中国人立立"主心骨"、提提"精气神"。这些道德建设思想赋予了道德工作新的使命,同时也提出了更高的要求。因此,十八大以来党中央关于社会主义道德建设的理论成果和实践成就,是党在实现中国梦开启阶段的宝贵精神财富,是中国特色社会主义理论体系的重要组成部分。本文以马列主义、毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论为指导,依据十八大以来党的相关文献,紧密结合新一届党中央治国理政新实践,以分析成因、梳理内容、阐明创新和概括特点为研究方法和行文思路,对新时期我国道德建设思想做了较为深入地探究。全文共分为六章。第一章主要介绍了本论文主题的涵义、研究意义、研究现状和研究方法。第二章阐述了本论文的理论基础,即什么是道德、道德建设,道德建设的意义以及道德能否建设。在这一章中阐明了社会主义核心价值观和道德的关系。第三章从时代特征、理论基础和现实基础三个方面,揭示十八大以来我国社会主义道德建设思想的形成依据。社会中文化领域的交流交融交锋,价值观念上的多元多样多变,"四个全面"战略布局的协调推进是其形成的时代背景;马克思主义道德观、中国共产党道德建设经验、中华优秀传统道德建设思想以及世界各国优秀道德建设经验等是其形成的理论基础;社会主义道德建设的现实状况是其形成的现实基础。第四章从社会主义道德建设的战略高度、基本任务、经验总结、涵养基础及方法体系等五个方面,概括了十八大以来我国社会主义道德建设思想的基本内容。在战略高度上,社会主义道德建设为中国梦的实现提供精神动力和价值支撑;在基本任务上,通过积极推进公民道德建设工程,加强社会公德职业道德家庭美德个人品德教育,倡导爱国敬业诚信友善的基本公民道德规范,培育知荣辱讲正气作奉献促和谐的良好风尚,培育正确的道德判断和道德价值等,全面提高公民道德素质;在经验总结上,坚持依法治国与以德治国相结合,强化法律对道德建设的保障作用,强化道德对法治文化的支撑作用,实现法治和德治相辅相成;在涵养基础上,弘扬优秀传统文化,涵养社会主义道德,汲取中华优秀传统文化的道德精髓,挖掘中华优秀传统文化的时代价值,弘扬中国精神;在方法途径上,注重教育引导、舆论宣传、文化熏陶、实践养成、制度保障等方式相结合。第五章重点概括了十八大以来我国社会主义道德建设的实践路径。即通过加强领导干部道德修养,强化党组织的道德教育职能,发挥领导干部道德建设主导,坚持德才兼备以德为先的用人导向;通过构筑道德建设长效机制,培养健康和谐的社会心态,动员全民积极参与道德建设,深化精神文明创建活动,形成家庭学校社会教育合力;通过加强重点领域道德建设,加强网络道德建设,开展道德领域专项治理,落实立德树人的教育使命;通过突出重点人群道德建设,提高青少年、教师、文艺工作者、新闻工作者等群体的道德建设水平;通过发挥道德模范的旗帜作用,发挥道德示范作用,树立道德模范典型。第六章阐述了十八大以来我国社会主义道德建设思想的创新之处、基本特点和主要启示,以对当前的道德建设思想做升华提炼。十八大以来我国社会主义道德建设思想的创新之处在于:以"兴国立人"为社会主义道德建设新使命;以加强党员干部道德修养推进党的建设;以社会主义核心价值观引领社会主义道德建设;落细落小落实社会主义道德建设方式。注重传承借鉴与发展创新相结合、教育引导与管理约束相结合、先进性要求与广泛性要求相结合、理论建设与道德实践相结合,是十八大以来社会主义道德的四个特点。突出社会主义发展方向、发挥人民群众的道德建设主体作用、重视优秀传统文化的创造转化、推动道德建设法制化,是十八大以来社会主义道德的四点启示。本文比较全面地论述了十八大以来我国社会主义道德建设思想的形成、内容、创新之处和主要特点,形成了最新的社会主义道德建设思想体系。研究十八大以来我国社会主义道德建设思想,在理论上,有利于完善马克思主义道德理论和中国共产党道德建设思想,丰富和深化中国特色社会主义理论体系,有利于进一步培育社会主义核心价值观,推动社会主义文化强国建设;在实践上,有利于优化社会风气,有利于社会主义道德建设的顺利进行,为推进四个全面打下坚实思想基础,为实现中国民族伟大复兴的伟大目标凝心聚力。
