思想政治教育的心理疏导功能及其实现

【摘要】:思想政治教育是一项重要的社会实践性活动。随着社会对心理健康的关注,思想政治教育也不断加深对个体心理的关注。从内容到手段,从目的到功能,思想政治教育与心理疏导建立了不可分割的联系。思想政治教育与心理疏导不是主体与客体、主观与客观等这样的两分关系,而是包含与被包含、实践与功能的一体性关系。从根本上来说,思想政治教育通过“以人为本”的理念和“人的全面发展”价值目标找到了与心理疏导内在关联的桥梁。从更为微观的角度来说,思想政治教育包含了心理健康教育的内容,也必然产生心理疏导的作用和功效。从具体表现上来说,思想政治教育在实践中验证了自己的价值和魅力,也是在实践中展现了心理疏导的功能。思想政治教育心理疏导功能具体表现在五个方面,通过理性信念教育的开展,实现认知疏导;通过积极自我教育的开展,实现情感疏导;通过坚强品质的获得,实现意志疏导;通过树立人生目标,实现需求疏导;通过健康理想教育,实现发展疏导。思想政治教育通过各种教育活动的开展,全面疏导人的各种品质,最终整合实现心理疏导功能。然而,思想政治教育心理疏导功能得以发挥和起效必须坚持“人文关怀”的原则,充分尊重人的价值,同时也要坚持“服务为本”的原则,以学生的需要作为思想政治教育的重要指南,更为重要的是,要坚持“助人自助”的原则,帮助学生获得自我成长和自我修复的能力,此外,还要坚持“价值中立”的原则,鼓励学生的积极表达,从而更好发挥思想政治教育的心理疏导功能。在思想政治教育过程中,要注重提升教育者与受教育者的能力和积极性,创设和谐自由的校园环境,建立健全合理的教育机制,整合各方力量,从而提高思想政治教育的实效,促进心理疏导功能的实现。在思想政治教育的过程中,需要遵循一定的原则以确保其心理疏导功能的发挥,更要考虑主客观影响因素,以促进心理疏导功能的实现。更具体的来说,我们需要更加清晰地探讨其实现的机制和结构,同时也要探究实现心理疏导功能的具体途径,更需要考虑心理疏导功能实现的价值保障,以最终实现心理疏导的功能。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is an important social practical activity. With the attention of society to mental health, ideological and political education has also deepened the concern of individual psychology. From content to means, from purpose to function, ideological and political education and psychological guidance established an inseparable relationship. Ideological and political education and psychological guidance are not the relationship of subject and object, subjective and objective, but the unity of inclusion and inclusion, practice and function. Fundamentally, ideological and political education has found a bridge with psychological guidance through the idea of "people-oriented" and the value goal of "all-round development of human beings". From a more microscopic point of view, ideological and political education includes the content of mental health education, and it will inevitably produce the function and effect of psychological guidance. In practice, ideological and political education proves its own value and charm, and also shows the function of psychological guidance in practice. The function of psychological guidance of ideological and political education is embodied in five aspects: cognitive persuasion through the development of rational belief education, emotional persuasion through active self-education, and the realization of will guidance through the acquisition of strong quality; Through the establishment of life goals, the realization of demand guidance, through health education, development guidance. Ideological and political education through the development of various educational activities, the overall persuasion of people's various qualities, the ultimate integration to achieve psychological counseling function. However, the ideological and political education must adhere to the principle of "humanistic care", fully respect the value of people, and adhere to the principle of "serving as the basis" to give full play to the psychological guidance function of ideological and political education. Regarding the needs of students as an important guide for ideological and political education, it is more important to adhere to the principle of "helping others to help themselves" and to help students acquire the ability to grow and repair themselves. In addition, they must adhere to the principle of "value neutrality." Students should be encouraged to express themselves actively so as to exert the psychological guidance function of ideological and political education. In the process of ideological and political education, we should pay attention to improving the ability and enthusiasm of the educator and the educatee, creating a harmonious and free campus environment, establishing and perfecting the reasonable educational mechanism, integrating all the forces, thus improving the actual effect of the ideological and political education. To promote the realization of psychological guidance function. In the process of ideological and political education, it is necessary to follow certain principles to ensure the exertion of psychological guidance function, and to consider the subjective and objective factors to promote the realization of psychological guidance function. More specifically, we need to explore more clearly the mechanism and structure of its realization, and at the same time, explore the specific ways to realize the psychological counseling function, and also need to consider the value guarantee of the realization of the psychological counseling function.
