社会主义核心价值观融入日常生活的长效机制研究

【摘要】：党的十八大报告首次提出了“社会主义核心价值观”的重大命题,随之出现了大量关于核心价值观的理论研究,在此基础上,宣传工作也迅速开展并取得了重要成效,从而使其培育和践行顺利进行。然而,这些理论研究和宣传工作的进展并不意味着其就得到了人民群众的广泛认可。事实表明,在普通民众的日常工作、交往和思维中,存在着严重的主流价值观缺失的现象。基于此,本文以“日常生活”为研究视角,通过对核心价值观融入日常生活的必要性、理论依据、国内外借鉴的多维分析,从教育宣传机制、利益激励机制、榜样带动机制、传媒引导机制和制度保障机制等五个方面,对社会主义核心价值观融入日常生活的长效机制进行了研究。首先,对核心价值观融入日常生活的必要性进行了分析。核心价值观的合法性基础是源于普通民众认同的,而其能否融入普通民众的日常生活关键是要看人的内在需求及其价值层面能否得到有效的兑现,这从本质上决定了其融入应从理论教育和宣传层面的研究转向人民群众的生活现实。因此,本文从培育和践行核心价值观的需求、引导日常生活价值判断的需要和促进日常生活与非日常生活交流的需要这三个方面,来分析其必要性。其次,对核心价值观融入日常生活的理论依据进行了梳理。马克思的日常生活批判理论、马克思大众化理论、中国现代日常生活批判理论和西方现代日常生活批判理论都强调了日常生活的本体性地位和作用,这为长效机制研究提供了理论依据。再次,对核心价值观融入日常生活的国内外借鉴进行了概括。通过对中国传统价值观融入日常生活的启示和国外核心价值观融入日常生活的借鉴的比较分析,表明核心价值观的培育和践行与其在日常生活的渗透和转化有着密切的联系。由此,这为长效机制研究提供了重要且卓尔见效的实践经验与借鉴。最后,在分析概括核心价值观融入日常生活的必要性、理论依据、国内外借鉴的基础上,构建了其长效机制。核心价值观融入日常生活是不断发展普通民众的主体性力量创设各种条件达到共识的过程。教育宣传、利益激励、榜样带动、传媒引导、制度保障的有机配合是长效机制构建的重要保障。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18th National Congress of the Party put forward for the first time a major proposition of "socialist core values," and a large number of theoretical studies on core values appeared. On this basis, propaganda work also developed rapidly and achieved important results. So that it can be nurtured and practiced smoothly. However, these advances in theoretical research and advocacy do not mean that they are widely accepted by the masses. Facts show that there is a serious lack of mainstream values in the daily work, communication and thinking of ordinary people. Based on this, this article takes "daily life" as the research angle, through the necessity, the theoretical basis and the multi-dimensional analysis of the core values into the daily life, from the education propaganda mechanism, the benefit incentive mechanism, the example drive mechanism. This paper studies the long effect mechanism of socialist core values in daily life from five aspects: media guidance mechanism and system guarantee mechanism. Firstly, the necessity of integrating core values into daily life is analyzed. The legitimacy of the core values is derived from the common people's identity, and the key to their integration into the ordinary people's daily life is to see whether people's internal needs and their value level can be effectively realized. This essentially determines that its integration should shift from theoretical education and propaganda to the reality of people's life. Therefore, this paper analyzes its necessity from three aspects: the need to cultivate and practice the core values, the need to guide the value judgment of daily life and the need to promote the communication between daily life and non-daily life. Secondly, the theoretical basis for the integration of core values into daily life is combed. Marx's critique theory of daily life, Marx's popular theory, Chinese modern daily life criticism theory and western modern daily life critical theory all emphasize the Noumenon status and function of daily life. This provides a theoretical basis for the study of long-term mechanism. Third, the core values into the daily life of the domestic and foreign reference is summarized. Through the comparative analysis of the enlightenment of Chinese traditional values into daily life and the reference of foreign core values into daily life, it is shown that the cultivation and practice of core values are closely related to their infiltration and transformation in daily life. Therefore, this provides an important and effective practical experience and reference for the study of long-term mechanism. Finally, on the basis of analyzing the necessity, theoretical basis and reference at home and abroad of the integration of core values into daily life, the long-effect mechanism is constructed. The integration of core values into daily life is the process of developing the subjective power of ordinary people to create various conditions to reach consensus. The organic coordination of educational propaganda, interest encouragement, model drive, media guidance and system guarantee is the important guarantee for the construction of long effect mechanism.
