论“一带一路”背景下中国价值观的国际传播

【摘要】:"一带一路"与中国价值观的国际传播是一种共生互荣的关系。研究中国价值观及其国际传播策略,是实施"一带一路"过程中树立中国良好形象、进而实现中国梦的重大课题。在"一带一路"背景下,中国价值观的国际传播既面临着机遇,也面临着挑战:一方面,中国在"一带一路"中的主导角色、古代丝绸之路的良好声誉、沿线国家的发展期待为"一带一路"建设提供了重要条件;另一方面,西方部分媒体的恶意歪曲、部分国家的疑虑和担心、沿线地区的不稳定因素等为"一带一路"的顺利实施带来了考验,这些都不利于中国价值观的国际传播。为此,要紧紧围绕国际形势和国内发展两个大局,加强顶层设计,从国家战略的高度系统筹划中国价值观的国际传播。
[Abstract]:The international dissemination of Belt and Road and Chinese values is a symbiotic relationship. The study of Chinese values and its international communication strategy is an important task for establishing a good image of China and realizing Chinese Dream in the process of implementing "Belt and Road". In the context of "Belt and Road", the international dissemination of Chinese values faces both opportunities and challenges: on the one hand, China's leading role in "Belt and Road", the good reputation of the ancient Silk Road, The development expectations of the countries along the route have provided important conditions for the construction of the "Belt and Road"; on the other hand, the malicious distortion of some Western media and the misgivings and worries of some countries, The unstable factors along the route bring a test to the smooth implementation of Belt and Road, which is not conducive to the international dissemination of Chinese values. Therefore, it is necessary to closely focus on the international situation and domestic development, strengthen the top-level design, and plan the international dissemination of Chinese values from the height of national strategy.
