对开展职工家属群体思想政治工作的探索与实践

【摘要】：油田职工家属是指参加过油田劳动,但未签订劳动合同的油田职工配偶及未参加油田劳动的职工配偶,油田职工家属已成为各单位生产经营过程中管理主体的一部分。近年来,随着油田深化改革和家属相关待遇的提升,职工家属群体对各项政策的理解、对个人待遇的诉求都呈现出较强的关注度,同时由于职工家属群体年龄结构偏大、文化程度较低的现状,各级党组织必须强化政治优势转化,探索创新针对油田职工家属的思想政治教育工作,持续夯实职工家属思想工作基础,共同营造健康和谐稳定的良好氛围,为油田战寒冬、求生存、谋发展提供坚实保障。
[Abstract]:The family members of the oil field workers refer to the spouses of the oil field workers who have participated in the oil field labor but have not signed the labor contract and the spouses of the workers who have not participated in the oil field labor. In recent years, with the deepening of oil field reform and the promotion of the related treatment of family members, the understanding of various policies and the demand for personal treatment among the workers' family groups have shown a strong degree of concern. At the same time, because the age structure of the workers' family groups is too large, With a relatively low level of education, party organizations at all levels must strengthen the transformation of political advantages, explore and innovate ideological and political education for the family members of oil field workers, and continuously consolidate the foundation of ideological work for workers' family members. To create a healthy, harmonious and stable atmosphere, to provide a solid guarantee for oil field winter, survival and development.
