金融体制改革背景下我国金融企业思想政治教育问题研究

【摘要】：思想政治工作在经济生活中占有重要地位。在现有情况下,党和国家充分注意到此项工作的重要性。随着中国金融企业制度的改革,国外金融企业进入中国,我国金融企业则面临诸多的金融风险与安全问题。为解决以上问题,亟待加强金融企业员工的思想政治工作,努力提高思想素质,以增强社会责任。近年,金融企业从业人员工作业务能力逐渐提升,但思想政治素质仍有待提高。本文主要分五个部分:第一部分为现状描述,主要对金融业思想政治教育的现状进行分析,一方面考察了当前社会背景下金融企业思想政治教育的现状以及加强思想政治教育的必要性,另一方面,也对当前一个时期出现的诸多问题进行了探析。第二部分为提出问题,即讨论科学化问题在金融企业思想政治教育工作中的地位和作用,既考察了思想政治教育在金融行业的特殊地位,又从实际出发,论证了思想政治教育在金融业的运用与发展。第三部分为分析问题,从科学化的三个主要层面入手,从理念、内容和方法三个层面对金融企业思想政治教育改革进行路径的探索,不仅要求适应改革需求构建新的教育制度,还要求在方法研究上进行创新。第四部分是解决问题,即对金融企业思想政治教育创新工作方式的研究,在宣传工作上要求增强金融企业的导向性,在调查研究中要求增加思想政治工作的可预见性,在办事方法上,应增加工作的透明性。第五部分则是站在前文基础上对本文各个章节进行汇总整理,梳理出全文现状描述-提出问题-分析问题-解决问题的整体框架,并按照要求整理出结论。总之,本文在充分吸收中国实际金融发展情况和国外金融现状的基础上,对金融企业工作人员的思想政治的现状与发展趋势进行了全面分析。认为努力提高当今金融企业从业人员的思想政治以及道德水平,才能进一步提高业金融企业人员的思想高度,才能践行社会主义核心价值观,才能不断提高其思想道德修养。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political work plays an important role in economic life. Under the present circumstances, the Party and the state have paid full attention to the importance of this work. With the reform of China's financial enterprise system, foreign financial enterprises enter China, and Chinese financial enterprises are faced with many financial risks and security problems. In order to solve the above problems, it is urgent to strengthen the ideological and political work of the employees of financial enterprises, and strive to improve the ideological quality in order to enhance social responsibility. In recent years, the working ability of financial enterprise employees has been gradually improved, but the ideological and political quality still needs to be improved. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the description of the current situation, mainly the analysis of the current situation of the ideological and political education in the financial industry. On the one hand, it examines the current situation of ideological and political education in financial enterprises under the current social background and the necessity of strengthening ideological and political education. On the other hand, it also analyzes many problems in the present period. The second part discusses the status and role of scientific issues in the ideological and political education of financial enterprises, which not only examines the special status of ideological and political education in the financial industry, but also proceeds from the reality. It demonstrates the application and development of ideological and political education in the financial industry. The third part is an analysis of the problem, starting from the three main levels of scientific, from the concept, content and method of three levels of ideological and political education reform of financial enterprises to explore the path, not only to adapt to the needs of the reform to build a new education system. It also requires innovation in research methods. The fourth part is to solve the problem, that is, to study the innovative ways of ideological and political education in financial enterprises, to enhance the guidance of financial enterprises in propaganda work, and to increase the predictability of ideological and political work in the investigation and research. In terms of working methods, we should increase the transparency of our work. The fifth part is on the basis of the previous text on the basis of the summary of chapters, combing out the full text of the current situation description-put forward the problem-analysis-the overall framework to solve the problem, and according to the requirements to sort out the conclusion. In a word, on the basis of fully absorbing the actual financial development of China and the present situation of foreign finance, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the present situation and development trend of the ideological and political personnel of financial enterprises. It is believed that only by improving the ideological, political and moral level of the employees of financial enterprises can we further improve the ideological height, practice the socialist core values, and constantly improve their ideological and moral cultivation.
