【摘要】：现代农业的发展理念赋予了农民新的使命与责任,而新型职业农民群体职业精神的形成与提高,是现代农业发展不可或缺的重要因素,包括诚实守信、爱农敬业、责任与奉献等基本内容。对新型职业农民职业精神的培养,可通过人才选拔、农业实践、教育和社会氛围营造等途径来实现,这尚是一个需要在实践中坚持探索的新问题。
[Abstract]:The development concept of modern agriculture has given farmers a new mission and responsibility, and the formation and improvement of the professional spirit of a new type of professional farmers is an indispensable and important factor for the development of modern agriculture, including honesty and trustworthiness, love for farmers and dedication to work.
