新媒体时代我国网络意识形态建设:危局、误读与突围

【摘要】：当代中国已经进入了"微时代""移动互联时代""信息网络化时代""自媒体时代""新媒体时代"。多年来,我们面临史无前例的网络治理难题以及应对相对乏力,致使当代中国主流意识形态领导权、管理权和话语权的确很不稳固,甚至在某些领域或某种程度上存在旁落的危险。为了加强新媒体时代我国网络意识形态建设,需要破除并拒斥关于网络意识形态建设的5个认识误区,即"网络价值中立论""网络自由论"以及网络意识形态建设的"伪命题论""附属论""唯技术论"。在此基础上,提出推进我国网络意识形态建设的基本进路,即从理念重构、制度建设、机制构建等3方面切入,推进我国网络意识形态建设,切实提升我国意识形态功能。
[Abstract]:Contemporary China has entered the "micro era", "mobile interconnection era," information networking era, "self-media era," new media era. " Over the years, we have faced unprecedented problems of network governance and relatively weak responses, which has led to the shaky leadership, management and voice of the mainstream ideology in contemporary China. Even in some areas or to some extent there is a danger of falling. In order to strengthen the construction of China's network ideology in the new media era, it is necessary to break down and reject the five misunderstandings about the construction of network ideology. That is, "network value neutrality", "network freedom" and "pseudo-propositional theory", "subsidiary theory" and "technocratic theory" in the construction of network ideology. On this basis, the paper puts forward the basic way to promote the construction of our country's network ideology, that is, from three aspects: idea reconstruction, system construction, mechanism construction, so as to promote the construction of our country's network ideology and promote the function of our country's ideology.
