我国商业银行从业人员职业道德问题及对策研究

【摘要】：随着我国社会主义市场经济的深入发展,商业银行的生存和发展面临着前所未有的挑战与机遇。特别是在2001年加入了 WTO之后,我国商业银行不仅要面对竞争日益激烈的国内市场,还要迎接经济全球化带来的外资银行的挑战,再加上最近迅猛发展的互联网金融的冲击,使得商业银行的发展变得越来越艰难。虽然我国商业银行在短短几十年中一直处于高速发展阶段,取得了不少的成就,但是在发展的过程中也不可避免地产生了一些矛盾和问题。如屡屡曝出职务犯罪案件,近几年的不良贷款比率也有所上升,从业人员思想上存在的问题和隐患也不容忽视,长期困扰商业银行的内部道德风险依旧存在。因此,我国商业银行承受的压力之大可想而知,而如此大的压力必将直接转嫁到银行从业人员身上,为了释放压力,或者说缓解压力带来的负面影响,避免出现金融职务犯罪等案件,加强商业银行从业人员的职业道德教育研究就成为了一个现实而又富有意义的课题。本论文在查阅大量国内外相关书籍、期刊、论文、会议资料的基础上,深入分析国内外研究现状,对银行从业人员职业道德的相关内涵进行界定,结合当前商业银行从业人员职业道德现状,通过分析银行业从业人员的职业道德存在的问题及产生原因,从而对提高商业银行从业人员职业道德提出可行性对策,为加强我国商业银行从业人员职业道德建设提供一定参考性意见。
[Abstract]:With the development of socialist market economy, commercial banks are facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. Especially after China's entry into WTO in 2001, commercial banks in China have to face not only the increasingly fierce competition in the domestic market, but also the challenges of foreign banks brought about by economic globalization, as well as the impact of the recent rapid development of Internet finance. The development of commercial banks has become more and more difficult. Although the commercial banks of our country have been in the high speed development stage in just a few decades, they have made a lot of achievements, but in the process of development, some contradictions and problems have inevitably arisen. Such as repeated exposure of job-related crime cases, the ratio of non-performing loans has also increased in recent years, practitioners' ideological problems and hidden dangers can not be ignored, the long-term problems of commercial banks internal moral hazard still exists. Therefore, the pressure on commercial banks in our country can be imagined, and such pressure will be transferred directly to the employees of the banks, in order to release the pressure, or to alleviate the negative impact of the pressure, To avoid cases such as financial job-related crimes, it has become a realistic and meaningful topic to strengthen the study of the professional ethics education of commercial bank employees. On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant books, periodicals, papers and conference materials at home and abroad, this paper deeply analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, and defines the relevant connotations of the professional ethics of bank practitioners. According to the present situation of the professional ethics of the commercial bank employees, this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the professional ethics of the commercial bank employees, and puts forward the feasible countermeasures to improve the professional ethics of the commercial bank employees. In order to strengthen the construction of professional ethics of Chinese commercial bank employees to provide certain reference advice.
