思想政治教育理论灌输法运用中存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：理论灌输法是教育者有目的有计划地向受教育者进行马克思主义理论教育,或由受教育者系统学习马克思主义理论,逐步树立科学的世界观、人生观、价值观的教育方法。理论灌输法是中国共产党思想政治工作的优良传统,是思想政治教育的最基本、最常用的方法。本文主要研究思想政治教育理论灌输法在运用中存在的问题并分析产生问题的原因,进而提出提高思想政治教育理论灌输法实效性的对策。本文共分三个部分。第一章思想政治教育理论灌输法的概述。本章从理论灌输法的内涵入手阐释了理论灌输法的依据,论证了理论灌输法的重要性。第二章思想政治教育理论灌输法运用中存在的问题及原因分析。本章分析了理论灌输法在运用中存在机械式灌输、教条式灌输、空洞式灌输、灌输方式单一等问题,并针对这些问题分析了原因,即对理论灌输法存在认识上的误区,理论灌输法的运用缺乏动态组合,教育者运用理论灌输法的能力有待提高,忽视受教育者主体性等。第三章提高思想政治教育理论灌输法实效性的对策。在上一章对问题和原因进行分析的基础上,提出了提高思想政治教育理论灌输法的实效性的对策,即准确把握灌输法的内涵,理论灌输需联系实际,促进灌输方式方法的创新,提高思想政治教育者运用理论灌输法的能力。
[Abstract]:Theoretical indoctrination is an educational method which educates the educator to carry on the Marxism theory education to the educatee in a planned way, or studies the Marxist theory systematically by the educatee, gradually sets up the scientific world outlook, the outlook on life, the values education method. The method of theoretical indoctrination is the fine tradition of the ideological and political work of the Communist Party of China and the most basic and commonly used method of ideological and political education. This paper mainly studies the problems existing in the application of ideological and political education theory indoctrination method and analyzes the causes of the problems, and then puts forward some countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education theory indoctrination method. This paper is divided into three parts. The first chapter summarizes the theory of ideological and political education. This chapter explains the basis of theoretical indoctrination from the connotation of theoretical indoctrination, and demonstrates the importance of theoretical indoctrination. The second chapter analyzes the problems and causes in the application of the theory of ideological and political education. This chapter analyzes the problems of mechanical indoctrination, dogmatic indoctrination, hollow indoctrination and single indoctrination in the application of theoretical indoctrination, and analyzes the reasons for these problems, that is, the misunderstanding of theoretical indoctrination. The application of theoretical indoctrination lacks dynamic combination, the ability of educators to use theoretical indoctrination needs to be improved, and the subjectivity of educatees is neglected. The third chapter is the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education theory indoctrination. Based on the analysis of the problems and causes in the previous chapter, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of the indoctrination method of ideological and political education, that is, to grasp the connotation of the indoctrination method accurately, to combine the theory with practice, and to promote the innovation of the indoctrination method. To improve the ability of ideological and political educators to apply theoretical indoctrination.
