民营企业社会主义核心价值观培育研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,我国逐步确立了以公有制经济为主体多种所有制经济共同发展的基本经济制度,在这种经济结构下的短短几十年里,我国各项事业蓬勃发展,整体面貌发生了日新月异的变化,并逐渐迈进世界经济强国的行列,“中国模式”也让全世界备受瞩目。作为社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,混合所有制经济为中国经济腾飞提供了不竭的动力,民营企业更是创造出一项项发展奇迹。当前我国正是全面建成小康社会和社会主义和谐社会的关键时期,新时期就需要新动力,新动力更需要新理念的支撑。社会主义核心价值观为中华民族伟大复兴指明了方向,而作为推动我国经济发展的重要力量,民营企业核心价值观的培育和践行变得尤为重要。社会主义核心价值观的培育和践行是民营企业制定严格管理规范、路线规划、效率提升、活力增强的内在需要。它决定了民营企业实现跨越式发展,结构性改革的性质和前进方向。本文首先对社会主义核心价值观内涵及在民营企业中的具体体现进行了说明,阐述了民营企业应该如何理解与践行“富强、民主、文明、和谐,自由、平等、公正、法治,爱国、敬业、诚信、友善”这二十四字方针。其次,从民营企业的特殊地位分析了民营企业为什么要践行社会主义核心价值观,要实现什么样的效果,在这一培育过程中应该扮演什么样的角色,发挥怎样的作用等。最后,就民营企业在社会主义核心价值观培育和践行中凸显的问题提出相应对策。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has gradually established a basic economic system in which the public ownership economy is the main body and the economy of various forms of ownership is developing together. In the short span of several decades under this economic structure, various undertakings in our country have flourished. The overall appearance has changed with each passing day, and gradually step into the ranks of the world economic power, the "China model" has also attracted the attention of the world. As an important part of the socialist market economy, the mixed ownership economy provides an inexhaustible power for China's economy to take off, and private enterprises create a miracle of development. At present, our country is the key period for building a well-off society and a harmonious socialist society in an all-round way. In the new period, we need new power, and new power needs the support of new ideas. The socialist core values have pointed out the direction for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and as an important force to promote the economic development of our country, the cultivation and practice of the core values of private enterprises has become particularly important. The cultivation and practice of socialist core values is the inherent need for private enterprises to formulate strict management norms, plan their routes, improve their efficiency and enhance their vitality. It determines the nature and direction of the development of private enterprises by leaps and bounds and structural reform. This paper first explains the connotation of socialist core values and its concrete embodiment in private enterprises, and expounds how private enterprises should understand and practice "rich and strong, democracy, civilization, harmony, freedom, equality, justice, rule of law". Patriotic, professional, good faith, friendly "this 24 word policy." Secondly, from the special position of the private enterprises, this paper analyzes why the private enterprises should practice the socialist core values, what kind of effect should be realized, what role they should play and how to play the role in the cultivation process. Finally, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the problems highlighted in the cultivation and practice of socialist core values.
