论思想政治教育党性和人民性的统一

【摘要】：思想政治教育作为一定阶级或政治集团对其成员进行的有目的、有计划的思想观念、政治观点、道德规范影响的实践活动,不仅要服从阶级的先锋组织即政党的中心工作,宣传统治阶级意识形态,又要服务于人民群众的实践活动,思想政治教育具备党性和人民性双重属性。对于思想政治教育党性和人民性关系的研究,有助于提升思想政治教育的实效性,推进社会主义意识形态建设。本文除了导论和结语之外由三部分组成：第一部分界定了党性和政治性、人民性和人性的概念及内涵,阐述了历史唯物主义视域中以及思想政治教育中党性和人民性的关系。第二部分从理论和实践两个角度分析了目前思想政治教育在党性和人民性统一中存在的问题,并从环境的复杂性、对象的复杂性和理论的滞后性三个方面分析了问题产生的原因。第三部分从思想政治教育目标、思想政治教育原则、思想政治教育内容、思想政治教育方法四个方面提出了加强思想政治教育党性和人民性统一的对策。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education, as a purposeful, planned and practical activity which affects its members by a certain class or political group, should not only serve the central work of the vanguard organizations of the class, that is, the political parties, but also the practical activities influenced by the ideology, political views and moral norms. To propagate the ideology of the ruling class and to serve the people's practice, ideological and political education has the dual attributes of party spirit and people's character. The study of the relationship between the Party spirit and the people's nature of ideological and political education is helpful to the improvement of the effectiveness of ideological and political education and the construction of socialist ideology. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this paper is composed of three parts: the first part defines the concept and connotation of party spirit and political character, people's character and human nature, and expounds the relationship between party spirit and people's nature in the perspective of historical materialism and in ideological and political education. The second part analyzes the problems existing in the ideological and political education in the unity of the Party and the people from the perspective of theory and practice, and analyzes the complexity of the environment. The complexity of the object and the lag of the theory analyze the causes of the problem. The third part puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the unity of party spirit and people's character in ideological and political education from four aspects: the goal of ideological and political education, the principle of ideological and political education, the content of ideological and political education and the method of ideological and political education.
