【摘要】：正我们在生活中,常听一些人愤愤不平地述说自己"就是没有功劳也有苦劳",痛斥自己受到的所谓"不公平待遇",好像对方是白眼狼、冷血动物。但这只是那些愤愤不平者的狭隘认识,也是错误的认识。苦劳如果不能创造效益甚至还起着副作用,没有任何功劳,那么,这个人就没资格谈苦劳。我们常说的一句俗语就是"一分耕耘一分收获",其实,这句俗语有个前提,那就是耕耘的地方以及耕耘的方式正确。如果一个人不管三七二十一,跑到沙漠去种小麦,那么,这个人就是耕耘得非常努力,苦劳非常大,他也不会收获一粒粮食,反而连种子都白白浪费掉。
