当代中国道德激励机制建设研究

【摘要】：当前我国已经初步建成社会主义市场经济体制,经济体制的转变不仅带来了经济的高速增长也造成了一些社会问题。特别是面对社会经济成分、组织形式、就业方式、利益关系和分配方式多样,人民的精神文化需求不断的增强。而经济的全球化也带来了思想文化的冲击,必然带来道德建设中的一些新情况、新问题和新矛盾。面对这种情况,我们有必要适应形势发展的要求,抓住有利时机,加强薄弱环节,积极探索新形势下道德建设的特点和规律,特别是机制建设方面的改进和创新。本文从如何增强社会主义道德建设出发,主要探究怎样进行道德激励机制建设,深入分析探讨道德激励机制建设对当代道德建设的重要意义,以期对我国当代道德激励机制建设提供建设性建议。文中简要概括了国内外对道德激励机制建设的研究情况,阐述了道德激励机制的含义以及我国当前市场经济体制下对道德的新要求。着重概括了我国目前公民道德激励机制建设的成果,分析其不足之处。重点介绍了我国当前道德激励机制在家庭、学校、政府和社会中存在的问题。根据我国当前实际情况把家庭、学校、政府和社会等外在客体的道德激励机制建设作为重点,期望达到家庭、学校、政府、社会与个人内在动机的联动效应,最终实现不断提升全社会道德水平的目的。
[Abstract]:At present, the socialist market economy system has been initially established in our country. The transformation of the economic system has not only brought about the rapid economic growth, but also caused some social problems. Especially in the face of various social and economic elements, forms of organization, employment, interests and distribution, the spiritual and cultural needs of the people are constantly strengthened. The globalization of economy also brings the impact of ideology and culture, and inevitably brings some new situations, new problems and new contradictions in moral construction. In the face of this situation, it is necessary for us to adapt to the requirements of the development of the situation, seize the favorable opportunities, strengthen the weak links, and actively explore the characteristics and laws of moral construction under the new situation, especially the improvement and innovation in the construction of the mechanism. Starting from how to strengthen the socialist moral construction, this paper mainly explores how to carry out the moral incentive mechanism construction, and deeply analyzes the significance of the moral incentive mechanism construction to the contemporary moral construction. In order to provide constructive suggestions for the construction of contemporary moral incentive mechanism in China. This paper briefly summarizes the research on the construction of moral incentive mechanism at home and abroad, expounds the meaning of moral incentive mechanism and the new requirements for morality under the current market economy system of our country. This paper summarizes the achievements of the construction of citizen's moral incentive mechanism and analyzes its shortcomings. This paper mainly introduces the problems existing in the family, school, government and society in China's current moral incentive mechanism. According to the current situation of our country, we focus on the construction of the moral incentive mechanism of the external objects, such as family, school, government and society, in order to achieve the linkage effect of family, school, government, society and individual's intrinsic motivation. Finally, to achieve the goal of continuously improving the moral level of the whole society.
