日本“过劳死”社会现象与日本传统文化的影响

【摘要】："过劳死"是当今日本社会的一大顽疾。"过劳死"现象不断引起日本社会各方面的重视。造成过劳死的原因并非很简单。一般认为它是由于劳动时间长和劳动压力大引起的。但日本人的劳动价值观和长期受日本传统文化的影响、特别是武士精神文化和集团意识的影响却是一个更深层次的原因。本文论述了日本社会的"过劳死"现象与日本人长期接受传统文化的影响是有关联的事实。除了身体上的"过劳死"外,"精神过劳死"无疑与日本传统文化意识有很大的关系。本文分析了日本人的高强度工作和奉献精神,正是与他们接受的传统文化中的效忠伦理和集团意识的影响有关。从而明确了日本人的劳动价值观和长期受日本传统文化的影响、特别是武士精神文化和集团意识的影响是"过劳死"产生的一个更深层次的原因。
[Abstract]:"overworked death" is a chronic disease in Japanese society today. " The phenomenon of overwork death has been paid more and more attention to in all aspects of Japanese society. The cause of overwork is not simple. It is generally thought to be caused by long hours of work and great pressure. However, the labor values of Japanese people and their long-term influence by Japanese traditional culture, especially the samurai spiritual culture and group consciousness, are a deeper reason. This paper discusses the fact that the phenomenon of "overwork death" in Japanese society is related to the long-term acceptance of traditional culture by Japanese people. In addition to physical overwork, mental overwork is undoubtedly closely related to Japanese traditional cultural consciousness. This paper analyzes the high intensity of work and dedication of the Japanese, which is related to the influence of loyalty ethics and group consciousness in the traditional culture they accept. Therefore, it is clear that the labor values of Japanese people and the influence of Japanese traditional culture for a long time, especially the influence of samurai spiritual culture and group consciousness, is a deeper reason for "overwork death".
