[Abstract]:Yishan and Yining went to Japan as messengers of China (Yuan Dynasty), but Japan did not pass through the Yuan and believed that one mountain came from the Song Dynasty. From the failure of Yushan's political identity, the concept of "China" and the concept of "China" under the Japanese perspective were undergoing a subtle transformation at that time. Based on this, this paper starts from the identity narration of Yishan (Yuan Monk / Song Monk) to re-examine the construction of "China" in Japan, as well as the corresponding cultural background and motivation of the upper Japanese society. It also points out that the "China" in cultural imagination is full of otherness in the eyes of the upper class of Japan. Japan seeks Han civilization on a mountain, which is based on the "consciousness" of Chinese literature. It traces not the real China, but some transcendental concept of China. It can be said that this process of traceability and construction is another angle of view for Japan to shape itself in East Asia.
