北京市社区“云菜店”与社区菜店的比较研究

【摘要】:文章以满足家庭需求为出发点,根据最新的"云"概念,提出以北京市新型社区蔬菜配送模式——以社区"云菜店"为实施载体,基于农社对接来进行社区配送,并运用将其与传统菜店进行流通模式和配送模式的比较研究,得出社区"云菜店"相较于传统社区菜店有灵活性高和设施投入低的特点,能降低蔬菜损耗率,提高配送效率等特点,并在最后提出方案实施的合作机制作为下一步研究方向。
[Abstract]:Based on the latest concept of "cloud", this paper puts forward a new community vegetable distribution model in Beijing, which is based on community "cloud shop" as the carrier of implementation, and based on the connection of agricultural society to carry out community distribution, based on the new concept of "cloud" in order to meet the needs of the family. By comparing it with traditional vegetable store and distribution mode, it is concluded that compared with traditional community vegetable store, community "cloud vegetable shop" has the characteristics of high flexibility and low facility investment, which can reduce the rate of vegetable wastage. Finally, the cooperative mechanism of scheme implementation is proposed as the next research direction.
