【摘要】：1987年，我国首个影视基地——无锡影视基地揭牌成立，自此，我国影视基地迈开了迅速发展的步伐。到如今虽然只有短短二十多年的发展历史，影视基地却经历了从火爆，到平淡甚至低谷，而今又迅速发展的高低起伏变化。在影视基地发展初期，，我国计划经济体制占主导地位，影视基地大多只是电视台和剧组的片场，服务于央视影视剧和参与投资的影视剧组的拍摄，没有进入市场，参与市场化运作。九十年代，大部分影视基地出现了发展的瓶颈，影视基地转入低谷。到二十世纪后，政府对文化产业的发展给予了很大支持，影视产业蓬勃发展，借此机会，影视基地又进入了快速发展的时期。目前，从影视基地的整体发展状况来看，影视基地是一个非常有发展潜力但也存在很多问题的产业。一方面，影视基地产业有很强的覆盖面，除了联系最为密切的影视制作，还融合了众多其他相关产业，如旅游、餐饮、建筑、交通等等，这些产业有个人的，有政府的，范围广泛且很难有准确界限。如此规模的产业结构能带来的产业效益和社会效益也是难以估量的。但另一方面，影视基地也存在很多问题，如尚未形成稳定有效的发展模式，经营水平参差不齐，机制失灵，管理不善，基地缺乏文化内涵等。光明的发展前景和举步维艰的发展现状，这就不得不引起我们对影视基地的发展策略的关注和重视。因此本文将着眼于分析影视基地的发展现状，在此基础上提出影视基地的发展策略和未来的可持续发展方向，旨在为影视基地的发展运营提供理论上的支持，为影视基地的理论研究添砖加瓦。本文主要以目前国内影视基地的运营模式和发展现状为主要研究对象，在汲取前人研究成果的基础上，运用归纳、总结的研究方法，结合具体成功影视基地的发展经验和产业集群发展理论，提出影视基地的发展策略和可持续发展方向。主要分为五个部分，从影视基地的基本问题——内涵、概况、类型入手，介绍影视基地的发展过程和近年来的改变。进而分析目前影视基地的运营模式和发展现状，条理的指出了目前影视基地的发展瓶颈和存在问题。然后针对不同的问题，指出相应的解决对策，最后，依据影视产业的发展趋势，预测了影视基地的未来可持续发展方向。文章站在客观的立场上对影视基地的发展进行了分析和总结，既不能盲目乐观，忽视影视基地的存在问题，片面的夸大影视基地的效益作用，又不能陷于悲观，停步不前，我们应该积极的发现并解决影视基地的问题，为影视基地的进一步发展保驾护航。
[Abstract]:In 1987, China's first film base -- the establishment, Wuxi film base inaugurated since then, taking the film base in China's rapid pace of development. Until now, although only a short period of more than 20 years of development history, the film base has experienced from popular to flat or even low, undulating change now. The rapid development in the early stages of development the film base, China's planned economic system dominated the film base mostlytelevision and crew set service in the CCTV drama of movie and TV to invest in the film crewshooting, did not enter the market, participation and market operation. In 90s, most of the film base appeared the bottleneck of the development of the film base into the trough. After twentieth Century, the government on the development of cultural industries has given great support, film and television industry to flourish, to take this opportunity to film base and entered a period of rapid development at present. From the overall development situation, the film base, the film base is a very promising but there are many problems in the industry. On the one hand, the film industry has very strong coverage, in addition to the most closely connected to the film and television production but also the integration of many other related industries, such as tourism, catering, construction. Traffic and so on, have the person of these industries, there is a wide range of government, and it is difficult to have accurate boundaries. So the size of the industrial structure can bring the industrial and social benefits are incalculable. But on the other hand, the film base also have many problems, such as the mode of development has not yet formed a stable and effective management level uneven, mechanism failure, poor management, lack of base of cultural connotation. The development status of bright prospect and struggling, which have caused us to film base development strategy of the concern and attention. Therefore this paper will focus on the development status of the film base, put forward the development strategy of the film base and the future direction of sustainable development, aimed at the development of operation as the film base to provide theoretical support for the theoretical research, the film base blocks. This paper based on the operation mode and development status quo of domestic movie and TV base at present the main research object in previous research.
Based on the results of research, using the induction, summarize research methods, combined with successful film base development experience and the development of industrial cluster theory, put forward the development strategy of the film base and the direction of sustainable development. Mainly divided into five parts, from the basic problem of the film base, connotation, type of overview, introduced the development process of film and TV the base and recent changes. Further analysis of the operation mode and development status of the film base at present, pointed out that the current bottleneck in the development of structured film base and the existing problems. Then according to different problems, points out the corresponding countermeasures, finally, according to the development trend of the film industry, and predicts the future direction of sustainable development of the film base. The existing problems of film and television base and one-sided exaggeration of the benefits of film and television base can not be pessimistic and stop. We should actively discover and solve the problem of film and television base, and escort the further development of film and television base.
