男性气质构建中的男性强奸及同性恋恐惧

【摘要】：近年来,不仅女性强奸,男性强奸已经出现在社会研究话语中,这是因为霸权男性气质的概念已成为一个“深刻而普遍的”合理理论框架,用以理解男性并解释为什么男性施加强奸。霸权男性气质理论的观点声称,男性也是社会建构的男性气质的受害者;这一理论视角认为男性强奸其他男性,正如男性强奸女性,是通过对其他男性施加他们的权力和控制来提高自己的男性气质。这一理论强调,社会建构的性别角色和对受害的理解起到了否认男性强奸的作用,因为男性强奸挑战了主导地位的社会观念。大众媒体在延续和加强关于男性强奸的社会文化误区方面也发挥着至关重要的作用。因此,男性强奸在社会研究和公共话语中仍然被大量误解。同性恋恐惧症是男性用以证明霸权男性气质的一种方式,这种男性气质基于对女性气质的排斥和拒绝,是难以达到的文化理想。恐同症建立在否认、恐惧和误解的基础之上,并已被用作一种高效的性别监督工具。对男性强奸的问题性再现以及作为霸权男性气质的一个方面的恐同症是本文的重点。大众媒体,特别是电视,通过理想化传统性别角色来解决男性强奸和同性恋恐惧的问题。电视强化了男性气质的传统观念,并赞同当代霸权男性所需要的不断增长的恐同症。电视对男性气质建构的负面影响不应被忽视。本研究对相关文献进行批评性论述,并通过对动画情景喜剧Family Guy的内容分析来检查男性强奸是否是电视上恐同症的一个方面。Family Guy为观众提供了男性强奸的众多实例,它传递的信息不可轻视。因此,本研究的目的是探讨男性强奸在Family Guy中的使用——它通过利用同性恋恐惧加强了霸权男性气质。
[Abstract]:In recent years, not only female rape, but male rape have appeared in the discourse of social research, because the concept of hegemonic masculinity has become a "profound and universal" rational theoretical framework. Used to understand men and explain why men committed rape. The theory of hegemonic masculinity claims that men are also victims of socially constructed masculinity; from this perspective, men rape other men, just as men rape women. It is by exerting their power and control over other men to improve their masculinity. This theory emphasizes that the gender role of social construction and the understanding of victimization play a role in denying male rape, because male rape challenges the dominant social concept. Mass media also play a vital role in perpetuating and strengthening social and cultural misconceptions about male rape. Therefore, male rape is still widely misunderstood in social studies and public discourse. Homophobia is a way for men to prove hegemonic masculinity, which is based on the rejection and rejection of femininity and is a difficult cultural ideal. Homophobia is based on denial, fear and misunderstanding and has been used as an effective gender monitoring tool. Sexual reproduction of male rape and homophobia as an aspect of hegemonic masculinity are the key points of this paper. Mass media, especially television, idealize traditional gender roles to address male rape and gay fears. Television reinforces the traditional concept of masculinity and agrees with the growing homophobia that contemporary hegemonic men need. The negative effects of television on the construction of masculinity should not be ignored. This study makes a critical analysis of the relevant literature and examines whether male rape is an aspect of homophobia on television by analyzing the content of animated sitcom Family Guy. Family Guy provides numerous examples of male rape to viewers. The message it conveys must not be taken lightly. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the use of male rape in Family Guy, which strengthens hegemonic masculinity by using homosexual fear.
