好莱坞电影业拼盘融资模式及其借鉴意义

【摘要】：好莱坞电影业拼盘融资模式具体指好莱坞电影制片机构采取的一种综合型融资模式,它以一部以上的电影作标的,以优先债务融资、股权融资、夹层融资等具体形式的"拼盘"向私人或机构投资者融资。该模式既可做到使制片方获得中长期款项、增大融资成功可能性、实现继续融资,又可使投资方增大投资成功可能性、降低风险。对我国电影业而言,拼盘融资模式能解决现存问题,而从我国法律法规、政策导向以及与金融资本对接的形势等方面看,该模式在我国发展具有可行性。但是,在操作时要注意控制成本、关注投资方状况。
[Abstract]:The Hollywood film industry chulley financing mode specifically refers to a comprehensive financing mode adopted by the Hollywood film producer, which is marked by more than one film, and financing the private or institutional investors in a specific form of "Puzzle", such as priority debt financing, equity financing, and interlayer financing. To increase the possibility of financing success and achieve continuous financing, the investment side can increase the possibility of successful investment and reduce the risk. For China's film industry, the pattern of the chal financing can solve the existing problems, and the model is developed in China from the aspects of China's laws and regulations, policy orientation and the situation of docking with financial capital.
