中国大陆刑侦类纪实电视剧研究

【摘要】：纪实性电 视剧在新时期的 个重要的重 的电 象。纪象。性电 电 剧的优势正是能够迅速反映生活,满足观众尽快知道在祖国大地上发生的新变化、涌现出的新人新事纪实性电视剧反映生活的优势是明显的,电视特点是鲜明的。十几年来已出现一批成功之作,绝大多数作品在全国性电视剧评奖中获奖,不少作品还获得一等奖,获奖数量和档次都很高。一些创作者已积累了相当丰富的拍摄纪实性电视剧的经验。大陆刑侦类纪实电视剧是纪实性电视剧中的一个相对重要的类别,它关注社会时局的变化,以纪实手法真实再现了民众普遍关心的热门刑事案件,具有浓厚的世俗化色彩和强烈的时代感。笔者对自1994年首部作品问世之后的31部刑侦类纪实电视剧作品的本体进行了深入系统的研究与解读,全文共分为四章:第一章,首先在“纪实性电视剧”的基础上对“刑侦类纪实电视剧”概念特征进行界定,而后对刑侦类纪实电视剧的发展状况进行梳理与概述;第二章,从人物个性捕捉、价值观承载、情感投射三个方面对刑侦类纪实电视剧呈现出警匪二元对立的特点加以分析;第三章,重点从双线并行的叙事过程、双线交汇的叙事结尾两个维度对刑侦类纪实电视剧的情节模式进行剖析和阐述;第四章,主要通过视觉和听觉两个方面对刑侦类纪实电视剧的奇观化特征进行详尽的分析与研究。本论文以类型电视剧为基本研究起点,综合运用电影、电视等相关艺术理论,并借鉴新闻传播学、哲学、文学、美学、叙事学、社会学等多学科理论,在仔细观摩大量刑侦类纪实电视剧文本的基础上,做出了较为全面的综合性研究。

In the past ten years, a number of successful works have appeared, most of the works have won awards in national TV series awards, many works have won first prize, the number and grade of the awards are very high. Some creators have accumulated considerable experience in documenting TV dramas. The mainland criminal investigation documentary TV series is a relatively important category of documentary TV dramas. It pays close attention to the changes in the social situation and reproduces the popular criminal cases that are of general concern to the public with documentary techniques. Has a strong secularization color and a strong sense of the times. The author makes a deep and systematic study and interpretation of the Noumenon of 31 documentary teleplays of criminal investigation after the first works were published in 1994. The full text is divided into four chapters: chapter one, Firstly, on the basis of "documentary TV series", the concept characteristics of "criminal investigation documentary TV series" are defined, and then the development status of criminal investigation documentary TV drama is summarized. The second chapter analyzes the characteristics of the dual opposition of police and bandits in the three aspects of personality capture, value bearing and emotion projection. Chapter three focuses on the analysis and elaboration of the plot pattern of the documentary TV series of criminal investigation from the two dimensions of the parallel narrative process and the narrative ending of the two lines. The fourth chapter, mainly through the visual and auditory two aspects of the forensic documentary TV drama characteristics of the detailed analysis and research. This thesis takes the type TV series as the basic research starting point, synthetically uses the movie, the television and so on correlation art theory, and draws lessons from the news communication science, the philosophy, the literature, the esthetics, the narratology, the sociology and so on multi-disciplinary theory, On the basis of careful observation of a large number of documentary TV drama texts, this paper makes a comprehensive and comprehensive study.
