【摘要】:劳资关系是当前社会运行过程中很重要的关系之一。由于我国沿海地区改革开放的程度比内地要深入得多,企业劳资关系的特征更加明显。资方在劳动合同的形成和实施过程中处于明显优势地位,企业在发展过程中出现了许多的劳资问题。特别是在规模较小的企业中,劳方的权益不能的到较好的保障。本文从劳资关系出发,从作为决定性力量和优势方的企业入手,寻找到企业构建和谐劳动关系和减少劳资冲突的动力,挖掘新的企业绩效增长点,促使企业自觉维护良好的劳资关系。从沿海地区改革程度较深,劳资矛盾较多的私营企业一泉州石雕业领域进行实证研究,分析泉州地区13()0多家,从业人员达12万人的从事石雕业的企业的劳资关系。探讨劳资关系对企业绩效的作用机理,为和谐劳资关系对企业绩效的显著正向影响影响提供充足证据,促使企业管理者重视劳资关系的创建,从而达到提高企业利润的目的。本文在借鉴已有成熟量表的基础上,进一步结合泉州石雕业企业的具体情况,选择合适的量表和题项。以实地问卷调查的方式,收集泉州当地石雕行业的多家企业数据,获得104份有效的样本数据,并通过SPSS19.0进行数据分析,最后得出结论。本篇论文共分为六部分。第一、绪论。概述本文的研究背景和研究意义,介绍本文的研究内容和研究方法。第二、理论综述。确定劳资关系、组织能力、企业绩效的概念,综述劳劳资关系、劳资关系对企业绩效影响的国内外理论综述。最后分析劳资关系对企业绩效影响的作用机理,为后面的实证研究提供理论支持。第三章、理论模型和研究假设。为劳资关系对企业绩效的影响构建概念模型。提出本文的研究假设。第四、问卷设计与预测试。通过预测试,分析劳资关系量表题项的信度和效度,验证量表的可靠性。第五、本文的重点。实证分析和假设检验。对获取的样本数据实证分析,通过使用相关分析、回归分析、单因素方差分析、独立样本T检验和中介作用等方法进行验证,确认概念模型和假设,验证劳资关系和组织能力各变量、维度对企业绩效的影响。第六、结论与展望。根据分析并结合实际,进行结论分析,指出研究中存在的不足和未来的的研究展望。
[Abstract]:Labor relations is one of the most important relations in the process of social operation, because the degree of reform and opening up in coastal areas of China is much deeper than that in the mainland. The characteristics of the enterprise labor relations are more obvious. The management is in an obvious position in the process of formation and implementation of labor contracts. In the process of enterprise development, there are many labor problems. Especially in the smaller enterprises, the rights and interests of the labor side can not be better protected. This paper starts from the labor relations. Starting with the enterprises as the decisive force and advantage side, we find the motive force of constructing harmonious labor relations and reducing labor conflicts, and excavate the new enterprise performance growth point. Promote enterprises to consciously maintain good labor relations. From the coastal areas of the deeper degree of reform, labor contradictions in the private enterprise-Quanzhou stone sculpture field empirical research, analysis of more than 13 Quanzhou area. 120,000 employees engaged in stone carving enterprise labor relations. To explore the mechanism of labor relations on corporate performance, for harmonious labor relations on corporate performance significant positive impact to provide sufficient evidence. In order to improve the profit of the enterprise, this paper further combines the concrete situation of the stone carving enterprise in Quanzhou on the basis of the existing mature scale. Select the appropriate scale and item. Collect the data of many enterprises in Quanzhou local stone carving industry by the way of field questionnaire and obtain 104 valid sample data. Finally, this paper is divided into six parts. First, introduction. Summarize the research background and significance of this paper. This paper introduces the research content and research methods. Second, theoretical review. To determine the concept of labor relations, organizational capacity, enterprise performance, summarized labor and capital relations. Finally, it analyzes the mechanism of the effect of labor relations on enterprise performance, and provides theoretical support for the empirical research. Chapter three. Theoretical models and research hypotheses. To build a conceptual model for the impact of labor relations on enterprise performance. Put forward the research hypothesis of this paper. 4th, questionnaire design and forecasting test. To analyze the reliability and validity of the LRS item, to verify the reliability of the LRS. 5th, the focus of this paper. Empirical analysis and hypothesis test. Empirical analysis of the sample data obtained, through the use of correlation analysis. Regression analysis, single factor analysis of variance, independent sample T test and intermediary function were used to verify the conceptual model and hypothesis, and to verify the variables of labor relations and organizational ability. The impact of dimension on enterprise performance. 6th, conclusions and prospects. According to the analysis and combined with the actual, the conclusion analysis, pointed out the shortcomings of the study and future research prospects.
