公共艺术在北京城市交通环境中的应用研究

【摘要】：交通环境是北京城市建设的重要组成部分,是整个城市的对外窗口,它的建设与发展不仅仅是经济现象,同时也是文化现象,它所呈现出来的文化艺术品位是这个城市精神文化的外在表现。如何将“公共艺术”应用到北京城市交通环境中,从而塑造高品质的城市公共交通空间,是本论文研究的核心问题。本论文运用定量与定性分析相结合的研究方法,对北京城市交通环境及其中的公共艺术现状和相关的规划政策进行调研和分析,并与国外城市交通环境中的公共艺术作了比较和对照。定量分析采用的是抽样调查的方式,选取长安街、王府井步行街、新东路、环线地铁及城铁13号线作为样本,通过调查问卷、访谈及现场考察来了解人们对北京城市交通环境及公共艺术的看法和目前存在的问题;定性分析首先是通过对首都规划部门的调研来了解公共艺术的整体状况、运行机制等,其次,与国外城市交通公共艺术的发展状况进行比较和对照。通过笔者对调研结果的整理、归纳和分析,形成了若干有参考意义的数据和观点,为今后公共艺术在北京城市交通环境中的应用提供重要的参考依据。针对调研中发现的问题,本论文提出了公共艺术在今后北京城市交通环境中应用的原则和建议:因地制宜的多元化原则;遵循公众参与的原则;坚持统一规划、制度优先的原则。本论文的研究是从现实情景出发,通过对北京城市交通环境和公共艺术的现状调研及与国外交通公共艺术发展状况的比较,试图发现目前北京城市交通环境中公共艺术存在的问题与不足,并进一步提出相应的应用原则和建议,希望能够对北京城市交通环境中的公共艺术实践有所帮助,给城市的人文建设思维一些启发。
[Abstract]:The traffic environment is an important part of Beijing's urban construction and an external window for the whole city. Its construction and development are not only economic phenomena, but also cultural phenomena. The cultural and artistic taste it presents is the external expression of the city's spiritual culture. How to apply "public art" to the urban traffic environment in Beijing to shape the high quality urban public transportation space is the core problem of this paper. In this paper, a quantitative and qualitative analysis method is used to investigate and analyze the urban traffic environment, public art status and related planning policies in Beijing. And compared with the public art in the foreign city traffic environment. The quantitative analysis is carried out by sampling survey. We selected Chang'an Street, Wangfujing pedestrian Street, Xindong Road, Ring Line Metro and Chengtie Line 13 as samples. Interviews and on-the-spot visits were conducted to understand people's views on the traffic environment and public art in Beijing and the existing problems. Qualitative analysis is to understand the overall situation and operation mechanism of public art through the investigation of the capital planning department. Secondly, compare and contrast with the development of public art of urban transportation abroad. Through the collation, induction and analysis of the results of the investigation, a number of data and viewpoints with reference significance have been formed, which will provide an important reference basis for the application of public art in the urban traffic environment of Beijing in the future. In view of the problems found in the investigation, this paper puts forward the principles and suggestions for the application of public art in Beijing's urban traffic environment in the future: the principle of diversification according to local conditions, the principle of following the principle of public participation, the principle of adhering to unified planning, The principle of institutional primacy. The research of this thesis is based on the realistic situation, through the investigation of the present situation of the traffic environment and public art in Beijing, and the comparison with the development of the public art in foreign countries. This paper tries to find out the problems and shortcomings of public art in Beijing's urban traffic environment, and further puts forward the corresponding application principles and suggestions, hoping to be helpful to the public art practice in Beijing's urban traffic environment.
