大型动态雕塑驱动系统和变频调速控制技术研究

【摘要】: 随着人民生活水平的提高,旅游事业飞速发展,旅游区大型动态雕塑在提升城市形象和增加旅游项目方面起了重要的作用,也带来了显著的社会效益和经济效益。针对山东威海华夏集团规划的大型动态雕塑重量大、驱动环节多和同步要求高等特点引起的驱动系统设计复杂的问题,研究了大型动态雕塑机械驱动系统的总体方案和电气控制方案,较好地实现了设计目标。 研究了大型动态雕塑机械驱动系统的总体方案。为了解决内部可用安装空间小的问题,在机械结构上采用了多台电机驱动并配合行星齿轮减速器的方式,能较好地满足传动机构的驱动要求。 采用变频调速技术实现电机转速调节,同时采用变频器的矢量控制模式,实现了电机转速的闭环控制。这种方法不仅解决了电机启动时的机械、电气冲击问题、运行时的稳定性以及制动的安全有效性等问题,还可以有效地节约电能10%以上。 研究了以变频器为核心的交流调速系统,设计了硬件控制系统,包括设备和模块的选择等。基本操作面板可供系统调试时的参数设置和修改等,Profihus接口模块可方便地实现与上位机PLC通信。在升降电机和回转电机的同步控制上,采用变频器对电机的转矩进行调节,达到了协调多台电机在转矩输出上保持平衡。 研究了以PLC为主体的控制系统,给出了控制系统方案,包括控制电路、控制原理和PLC控制程序流程等内容。 分析了三相交流电动机的动态方程和变频器矢量控制的原理,运用Matlab/Simulink等模块建立了电机矢量变频调速系统的仿真模型,分析了启动阶段的转矩特性和转速调节特性,仿真结果表明系统具有良好的稳态特性。 分析了组态软件MCGS的功能特点,设计出系统人机界面——“大型动态雕塑监控界面”。人机界面具有操作安全简单的特点,可完全实现自动化控制。可方便地监视系统运行状态,为及时发现和排除故障提供了有效途径。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard and the rapid development of tourism industry, large-scale dynamic sculpture in tourist area has played an important role in promoting the city image and increasing tourism projects, and has also brought about remarkable social and economic benefits. In view of the complex design of the driving system caused by the characteristics of the large dynamic sculpture planned by Weihai Huaxia Group in Shandong Province, such as heavy weight, many driving links and high synchronization requirements, The overall scheme and electrical control scheme of large dynamic sculpture mechanical drive system are studied, and the design goal is well realized. The overall scheme of large dynamic sculpture mechanical drive system is studied. In order to solve the problem of small internal available installation space, several motors are used to drive and cooperate with planetary gear reducer in the mechanical structure, which can better meet the driving requirements of the transmission mechanism. The speed regulation of motor is realized by frequency conversion technology, and the closed loop control of motor speed is realized by using vector control mode of frequency converter. This method not only solves the problems of mechanical and electrical shock during motor start-up, but also the stability of motor during operation and the safety and effectiveness of braking, and can save more than 10% of electric energy effectively. The AC speed regulation system with frequency converter as the core is studied, and the hardware control system is designed, including the choice of equipment and module. The basic operation panel can be used to set and modify the parameters of the system. The interface module of Profihus can communicate with the host computer PLC conveniently. In the synchronous control of the lifting motor and the rotary motor, the torque of the motor is adjusted by frequency converter, which can balance the torque output of several motors. This paper studies the control system with PLC as the main body, and gives the control system scheme, including control circuit, control principle and PLC control program flow. The dynamic equation of three-phase AC motor and the principle of inverter vector control are analyzed. The simulation model of motor vector variable frequency speed control system is established by using Matlab/Simulink module, and the torque characteristic and speed regulation characteristic of starting stage are analyzed. The simulation results show that the system has good steady-state characteristics. The function characteristics of configuration software MCGS are analyzed, and the man-machine interface-"large dynamic sculpture monitoring interface" is designed. The man-machine interface has the characteristic of safe and simple operation, and can realize automatic control completely. It can monitor the running state of the system conveniently and provide an effective way to detect and troubleshoot the faults in time.
