高职院校动画专业美术基础课教学探索

【摘要】: 动画是一门艺术,动画也是一个产业,因为它风趣幽默、直观易懂,已成为一种世界文化。已经受到许多国家政府和企业家们的重视。成为发展经济的一个新的增长点。因此,我国政府和社会各界也对动画产业极大关注。党的十七大明确提出“大力发展文化产业,实施重大文化产业项目带动战略,加快文化产业基地和区域性特色文化产业群建设,培育文化产业骨干企业和战略投资者,繁荣文化市场,增强国际竞争力。”这为我国今后一段时期的文化产业发展指明了道路。2000年10月召开的中共十五届五中全会对动画产业进行定位,2001年的“十五”规划把动画产业正式纳入规划之中,涉及各个方面和层次的监管和扶持政策随之纷纷出台。 中国动画产品的创作生产,已有80多年的历史。中国动画有过令人骄傲的历史,除欧美外,在亚洲处于领先地位。但是,作为动画产业,仍处于起步时期,我国与动画发达的国家相比,还存在很大差距。要进入世界动画市场,还需要经过长期不断的努力,这就是我们动画事业的奋斗目标。 中国动画产业要繁荣发展,培养优秀的动画人才是根本。中国动画产业化发展与专业教育紧密相连,后者是前者的“促进剂”,前者是伴随着后者的发展而发展的。据国家广电总局的调查材料显示,按一定的标准,目前,国内真正达到专业动画艺术人才水平的从业人员只有一万余名。而企业需求在10万人以上,缺口很大。随着动画产业的不断发展,专业人才的增长速度还将快速增长。其潜在的巨大市场与专业人才奇缺的矛盾,给动画专业教育的大发展提供了极好的机遇。 对动画行业来说,人才短缺是个严重的实际问题,人才结构的非专业化也存在潜在的问题。针对中国动画产业的人才需求,它的人才教育结构有待调整,而大批的职业教育人才更显短缺,应作为重点来发展。所以说,中国动画产业的发展人才是关键,作为动画造型艺术方面专业人才的培养,更是根本。需要加快教育改革的速度,提高教育质量,调整专业结构,营造动画专业的创新氛围,培养学生对动画艺术的认同和热情。 中国动画专业教育的大规模快速发展出现在21世纪初。教育的层次多种多样,从硕士生、本科生、专科生到中专生、高职生各个层次都有。动画教学是新学科,全国各大院校的动画教学还处在摸索阶段,各有各的教法。那么对于高等职业教育院校这一层次的动画教学更是如此,高等职业技术教育这一层次的院校主要培养应用型动画专业人才。由于开办时间短,还处于摸索阶段,高职院校动画专业美术教育的特色还没有显现出来,还在沿袭高校传统的美术教育模式,偏重培养学生的专业技能。没有一个系统、完整的课程体系,缺乏新意,不能适应现代动画日趋国际化、产业化、多元化和高技术化的发展趋势。动画专业教学如此,动画专业美术基础教学也如此,基本上是继承美术学院绘画专业的美术基础教学法。在教学中,教师只满足于素描、色彩等传统美术基础知识教学,而忽视对学生进行动画专业实践技能的培养。使学生缺乏线造型能力,速写不过关,人体动态造型的能力差,对人体在运动中的造型规律,对人体透视变形缺乏足够的认识。美术基础课程是动画教学、动画创作的基础,是使动画链条保持平衡的重要因素。对高职院校动画专业美术基础课教学如何推动专业的发展,如何形成适合动画专业的系统的美术基础课教学。是值得我们去思考的问题。并且需要长久的实践与摸索,并最终形成系统化的教学理念。 因此,本文依据对中国动画产业化发展现状、专业人才现状以及动画专业教育现状的分析,从高等职业技术教育动画专业的特点、培养目标、教学模式的主要特征入手,以高职动画专业美术基础课程为出发点,着力探讨运用不同的教学方式及内容,改善原有的教学思维,建立起适应高职院校这一层次动画专业的美术基础课教学的新模式。

China animation industry to flourish, cultivate excellent animation talent is essential. Chinese animation industry development closely connected with professional education, the latter is the "accelerator", the former is accompanied by the development of the material. According to the survey of the State Administration of radio, according to certain standards, at present, domestic workers truly achieve professional animation art talent level is only more than ten thousand. And the enterprise demand gap in more than 100 thousand people, great. With the continuous development of the animation industry professionals, the growth rate will continue to grow rapidly. The contradiction between the huge market potential and professional talents are scarce, provides an excellent opportunity for the development of animation professional education.
On the animation industry, talent shortage is a serious practical problem, non professional personnel structure also has potential problems. According to the China animation industry demand for talent, talent education and its structure needs to be adjusted, and the occupation education of a large number of talents more shortage, should be the focus of development. Therefore, the development of talent China the animation industry is the key, as a professional training on animation, more is the fundamental need to accelerate the pace of reform. Education, improve the quality of education, adjust the specialty structure, to create animation creative atmosphere, cultivating students' art of animation's identity and enthusiasm.
The rapid development of China animation professional education scale in early twenty-first Century. The various levels of a variety of education, undergraduate from graduate students, and college students to secondary school students, vocational students have different levels. The animation teaching is a new subject, animation teaching across the major institutions is still in the exploratory stage, each of the methods for. The level of Colleges of higher occupation education animation teaching is even more so, the main cultivation of application oriented animation professionals at this level of higher occupation technology education institutions. Since the operation time is short, still in the exploratory stage, higher vocational animation professional art education characteristics has not been revealed, is still followed the traditional art education mode. On the cultivation of students' professional skills. There is not a system, complete curriculum system, the lack of new ideas, can not adapt to the modern animation internationalization, industrialization, diversification and high technology The development trend of animation teaching. In the teaching, teachers are satisfied with the color sketch, and the basic knowledge of traditional art teaching, and neglect the cultivation of animation professional practice skills of students. The students lack of line the sketch modeling ability, however, the ability of human dynamic modeling, on the modeling of human body in sports, the lack of adequate knowledge of the human perspective deformation. The art foundation course is animation teaching, animation creation, animation is an important factor to make the chain balance. In higher vocational colleges professional basic course of art to animation to promote the professional development, how to form the teaching art basic course system for animation. It is worth thinking about the problem and need long-term practice and. Explore, and finally form a systematic teaching idea.
Therefore, on the basis of China animation industry development status, analysis of professional status and the status of animation education, training objectives from the characteristics of higher occupation education professional animation technology, with the main characteristics of teaching mode in Higher Vocational and professional art animation curriculum as the starting point, to explore the use of different teaching methods and contents. To improve the teaching of thinking, set up to adapt to the new mode of teaching art basic course of this level of animation major in higher vocational colleges.
