天津市动漫产业发展问题研究

【摘要】：我国动漫产业自1877年诞生以来,已有一百多年的历史,近年来得到迅速发展,被誉为21世纪创意经济中最富希望的朝阳产业。大力发展动漫产业,对于满足广大人民群众,尤其是青少年的精神文化生活需求、促进青少年健康快乐成长、拉动文化内需、培育新的经济增长点、提高国家文化软实力,都具有非常积极的作用。天津市作为我国重要的动漫基地,拥有国家级动漫产业园区,并有良好的文化氛围以及科研人才和经济实力,动漫产业的发展不仅得到天津市政府的大力支持,更得到我国文化部的重视。近几年来,天津市动漫产业的发展取得了一些成就,但是,不可否认也存在许多不足之处。因此,加快天津市动漫产业的发展已经是摆在我们面前的一个迫切任务。该文章立足于天津市,通过分析天津市动漫产业发展过程中面临的问题,同时对比美国、日本、韩国这三个国家动漫产业发展的成功经验,进而为天津市动漫产业发展提出一些合理性建议。首先,该文章运用产业链理论以及产业融合理论,为研究天津市动漫产业发展问题奠定了理论基础。其次,通过深入了解天津市动漫产业的发展,指出其在发展过程中存在的一系列问题,如：观念意识落后、原创能力不足、核心人才缺失、投融资不足、产权保护不力、产业链不完善等。再次,通过对比美国、日本、韩国动漫产业发展的概况,以及各自动漫产业的特点,深入剖析,并总结了各国动漫产业发展的成功因素,进而得到关于天津市动漫产业发展的一些启示。最后,针对天津市动漫产业发展中面临的问题,文章提出了天津市动漫产业发展的对策,即：提高硬件水平、改善外部环境、优化产业链、加快创新、推动产业融合。
[Abstract]:Since its birth in 1877, China's animation industry has a history of more than one hundred years, and has been developed rapidly in recent years. It is regarded as the most promising sunrise industry in the creative economy of the 21st century. Vigorously developing the animation industry will meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the masses, especially young people, promote the healthy and happy growth of young people, stimulate domestic cultural demand, foster new economic growth points, and enhance the soft power of national culture. Both have very positive effects. As an important animation base in China, Tianjin has a national animation industry park, and has a good cultural atmosphere, scientific research personnel and economic strength. The development of the animation industry has not only been vigorously supported by the Tianjin municipal government. More get the attention of the Ministry of Culture of our country. In recent years, the development of Tianjin animation industry has made some achievements, but there are no denying that there are many shortcomings. Therefore, speeding up the development of the animation industry in Tianjin has been placed in front of us an urgent task. This article is based on Tianjin, through the analysis of Tianjin animation industry development process facing problems, and compared with the United States, Japan, South Korea, these three countries of the successful development of animation industry experience, And then for the development of animation industry in Tianjin to put forward some reasonable suggestions. Firstly, this paper establishes the theoretical foundation for studying the development of Tianjin animation industry by using industry chain theory and industry convergence theory. Secondly, through in-depth understanding of the development of the animation industry in Tianjin, it points out a series of problems in the process of development, such as: backward concept, lack of original ability, lack of core talents, insufficient investment and financing, weak protection of property rights. Imperfect industrial chain and so on. Thirdly, by comparing the general situation of animation industry development in the United States, Japan and South Korea, as well as the characteristics of their animation industry, in-depth analysis, and summed up the successful factors of the development of animation industry in various countries. Then get some enlightenment about the development of Tianjin animation industry. Finally, aiming at the problems in the development of the animation industry in Tianjin, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of the development of the animation industry in Tianjin, that is, to improve the hardware level, improve the external environment, optimize the industrial chain, speed up innovation, and promote the integration of industries.
