动漫爱好与中学生身体意象的关系研究

【摘要】：身体意象的积极与否是心理健康的重要标志之一。在体育心理学领域,研究比较关注身体意象的测量方法以及BMI、体育锻炼与身体意象之间的关系。最近,大众媒介这一影响因素的重要性越来越受到关注,动漫作为媒介的一种,对中学生身体意象的满意水平可能有着微妙的作用,但这种推测还只是停留在理论思考上。为了考察动漫与中学生身体意象的关系,本研究采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法进行研究。首先,编制中学生动漫爱好问卷。在分析文献资料的基础上提出中学生动漫爱好的理论维度,采用半结构化深度访谈和开放式问卷收集题项,结合专家意见与建议进行修改,形成原始问卷。接着,对原始问卷的调查结果进行探索性因子分析,共抽取了3个因子,其累积的贡献率为55.842%,并进行因子命名,形成中学生动漫爱好预测问卷。然后,将预测问卷进行验证性因子分析,结果为χ2/df=2.807, CFI=0.908, RMSEA=0.071,模型拟合较好。最后,对问卷内部一致性信度和内容效度进行检验,结果表明,问卷具有良好的信效度,形成正式问卷。采用自编中学生动漫爱好问卷、台湾学者编制的身体意象量表对三所中学共500名中学生进行调查,在了解中学生动漫爱好及其身体意象的基础上,运用相关分析和回归分析考察中学生的动漫爱好与身体意象的关系。本研究得出以下结论： 1.中学生动漫爱好问卷包括3个维度,即投入程度、喜爱元素、喜爱原因,该问卷具有较好的信度和效度,可以作为调查中学生动漫爱好的测量工具。 2.有84.2%的中学生喜爱动漫,在投入程度维度在性别上呈显著差异,男生多于女生；男女生对动漫类型的选择具有性别差异。 3.有50.4%的中学生对自己的身体意象不满意,男生对自己外表评价的满意度显著高于女生,女生在外表关注与肥胖关注维度上显著高于男生。14岁中学生的身体意象满意水平最低,17岁则最高。不同体重指数的男生在肥胖关注维度上有显著差异,女生超重组和正常组表现出对肥胖的焦虑；在外表评价上,女生超重组对外表的评价较低,偏轻组与超重组之间差异显著；在外表关注上,超重组的女生外表关注程度显著偏低。 4.中学生动漫爱好与身体意象显著相关。投入程度能在一定程度上负向预测身体意象；喜爱元素能在一定程度上正向预测身体意象；动漫爱好在一定程度上能负向预测外表关注；喜爱元素能在一定程度上正向预测外表关注。
[Abstract]:Whether the body image is positive or not is one of the important signs of mental health. In the field of sports psychology, the study focused on the measurement methods of body image and the relationship between BMI, exercise and body image. Recently, the importance of mass media as an influential factor has been paid more and more attention. As a medium, the satisfaction level of body image of middle school students may play a subtle role, but this speculation is only theoretical thinking. In order to investigate the relationship between animation and middle school students' body image, this study adopts the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and so on. First of all, the preparation of students animation hobby questionnaire. Based on the analysis of the literature, this paper puts forward the theoretical dimension of animation hobby of middle school students, adopts semi-structured in-depth interview and open questionnaire to collect items, and combines expert opinions and suggestions to modify them to form the original questionnaire. Then, the original questionnaire results of exploratory factor analysis, a total of three factors extracted, its cumulative contribution rate is 55.842, and factor naming, form the animation hobby prediction questionnaire. Then, the predictor questionnaire was analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis, and the result was 蠂 2 / DF 2.807. The CFI=0.908, RMSEA=0.071, model fitted well. Finally, the internal consistency reliability and content validity of the questionnaire are tested. The results show that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity, forming a formal questionnaire. The questionnaire of animation hobby of middle school students and the body image scale developed by Taiwan scholars were used to investigate 500 middle school students in three middle schools, and on the basis of understanding the animation hobby and body image of middle school students, Correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to investigate the relationship between animation hobby and body image of middle school students. This study draws the following conclusions: 1. The questionnaire of animation hobby of middle school students includes three dimensions, that is, the degree of input, the elements of love, and the reason of love. The questionnaire has good reliability and validity, and can be used as a measuring tool for investigating students' animation hobbies. 2. 84.2% of the middle school students love animation, and there is a significant difference in the degree of input between boys and girls, and there is a gender difference in the choice of animation types between male and female students. 3. 50.4% of the middle school students were not satisfied with their body image, and the male students' satisfaction with their appearance evaluation was significantly higher than that of the female students. Female students were significantly higher than boys in the dimension of appearance concern and obesity concern, and 14-year-old middle school students had the lowest level of body image satisfaction, and 17 years old had the highest level of body image satisfaction. Boys with different body mass index showed significant difference in obesity concern dimension, girls showed anxiety about obesity in superreorganization group and normal group, and in appearance evaluation, girls had lower evaluation of appearance, and significant difference between light group and superrecombination group. On the aspect of appearance concern, the degree of appearance concern of girls with super-recombination was significantly lower than that of girls. 4. Animation hobby of middle school students is significantly related to body image. The degree of input can predict the body image negatively to a certain extent; the loving element can predict the body image positively to a certain extent; the animation hobby can predict the appearance concern to a certain extent; Love elements can be a positive predictor of outward attention to some extent.
