有关《突厥语大词典》中的医学词汇研究

【摘要】：《Diwanu Lu at-it-Türk》或《Kitabu Diwanu lu atit Türk》即《突厥语大词典》原名为作者是我国新疆喀什噶尔（今喀什）著名学者、语言学家麻赫穆德·喀什噶里。这本著作是公元1072至1074年间在阿巴斯王朝首都巴格达编写完成的，，是世界上第一部完整而系统的突厥语言词典。这部辞书收录的词条多，内容丰富，它从多方面反映了十一世纪操突厥语诸民族的历史、地理、语言、文学、政治、军事、天文、历法、医学等情况。《突厥语大词典》中有可兼作药用的饮食品类词汇约有206多种，疾病、疾病症状、医疗法和医疗器械词汇178多种，记载了当时人们所认识到的药物、疾病名称、常见病的病症、医疗器和处方等材料，这丰富的材料反映出当时的维吾尔医药学已经有了一定的发展水平。本文共分为五部分。第一章是引言，主要阐述了《突厥语大词典》中医学词汇研究的意义、国内外研究的历史与现状，并提出了本课题的研究方法和内容、创新之处，提供了符号及转写字母对照表。第二章是《突厥语大词典》中医学词汇的词义分类。第三章是医学词汇的词义结构特点。将医学词汇进行了词根、复合词、派生词三类分析。第四章是医学词汇的演变过程。把词汇解释为借词、语音改变、词义扩大、缩小及转移等方面，并提出了现代维吾尔语中仍沿用的部分词语。第五章是医学词汇的翻译。将词汇进行直译法、解释法（语种、语音、词义）等方法来说明当时11世纪喀喇汗王朝的文艺，翻译活动的情况。
[Abstract]:The author of < Diwanu Lu at-it-T 眉 rk > or < Kitabu Diwanu lu atit T 眉 rk > is a famous scholar in Kashgar, Xinjiang, China. Mahmud Kashgar, a linguist, was written between 1072 and 1074 in Baghdad, the capital of the Abbas dynasty, and it was the world's first complete and systematic Turkic dictionary. This dictionary contains many entries and rich contents. It reflects in many ways the history, geography, language, literature, politics, military, astronomy, and calendar of the peoples who spoke Turkic language in 11th century. Medicine and so on. The Dictionary of Turkic languages has about 206 kinds of words that can be used for both medicinal purposes. There are more than 178 kinds of words about diseases, diseases, symptoms, medical laws, and medical devices, recording the names of medicines and diseases that people recognized at that time. Common diseases, medical devices, prescriptions and other materials, this rich material reflects the development of Uygur medicine has a certain level of development. This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly expounds the significance of the study of TCM vocabulary, the history and present situation of the research at home and abroad, and puts forward the research methods, contents and innovations of this subject. A comparison table of symbols and transliterated letters is provided. The second chapter is the classification of the meaning of traditional Chinese medicine words in the Dictionary of Turkic language. The third chapter deals with the structural characteristics of the meanings of medical vocabulary. Chapter 4th is the evolution process of medical vocabulary. It is interpreted as loanwords, phonetic changes, word meanings expanding, narrowing and transferring, etc. It also puts forward some words still used in modern Uyghur language. Chapter 5th is the translation of medical vocabulary. Literal translation of words, interpretation (language, pronunciation, meaning of words) and other methods are used to explain the literature and art of the Karahan dynasty in 11th century.
