试论高校双语教育的条件准备及破解路径

【摘要】：文章介绍了双语教育与双语教学的基本情况,阐述了双语教育的条件准备,并就开展双语教育提出一些相关的建议,认为资金支持和合适的评估手段是双语教育成功的必要保障,加强师资队伍建设,强化学生英语水平等也是必备条件。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the basic situation of bilingual education and bilingual teaching, expounds the conditions of bilingual education, and puts forward some relevant suggestions on developing bilingual education.It is considered that financial support and appropriate evaluation means are the necessary guarantee for the success of bilingual education, and that strengthening the construction of teachers and the students' English proficiency are also the necessary conditions.
