公示语翻译的美学实践

【摘要】：公示语对旅游景点的形象具有至关重要的作用。随着中国日益增多的国际游客，公示语的英译是确保国际游客高质量中国行的关键一步。公示语的重要性吸引了很多专家对公示语的翻译进行研究。大部分学者的研究也主要集中在实现公示语其功能上来进行公示语的翻译研究。他们认为公示语的美学功能对游客没有太大的实质性的作用。所以，，大部分情况下，内容或者形式优美的公示语都从简翻译只传达出其功能。因此，本文将尝试从美学角度一探公示语的翻译研究，希望在实现公示语功能的基础上传达出公示语的美学价值。本文以接受美学为基本框架，讨论公示语美学价值的体现以及在翻译公示语的同时，更多地考虑其审美价值，重现其号召力，从而给旅游者留下深刻印象，增添其在旅游过程中的乐趣。接受美学，作为一种文学理论，对翻译时间同样具有指导意义。该理论认为文学作品存在空白处和不确定处，译者必须根据他自己的审美经验、知识前结构和期待视野去阅读、理解、阐释产品，并相应的填补空白。本文运用理论与实证、演绎与归纳相结合的方式，对公示语的翻译进行较为全面探讨，从而证明接受美学对公示语的翻译具有指导作用，同时提出具体的翻译原则，即公示语应在满足其基本功能的前提下，考虑到受众的期待视野，寻求提高英译本质量的途径，以增强翻译活动中英译本的实际效果。最终，本文将根据具体的实例，总结出四个可行的翻译策略——移植，嫁接，修剪与培基——来实现不同的情形下公示语的美学实践。
[Abstract]:Public signs play an important role in the image of tourist attractions.With China's increasing number of international tourists, the translation of public signs into English is a key step in ensuring the high quality of international visitors to China.The importance of public signs has attracted many experts to study the translation of public signs.Most scholars mainly focus on the realization of the function of public signs to study the translation of public signs.They think that the aesthetic function of public signs has no substantial effect on tourists.Therefore, in most cases, public signs with beautiful content or form convey only their functions from simple translation.Therefore, this paper attempts to explore the translation of public signs from an aesthetic point of view, hoping to convey the aesthetic value of public signs on the basis of realizing the functions of public signs.Taking reception aesthetics as the basic framework, this paper discusses the embodiment of the aesthetic value of public signs and, while translating public signs, gives more consideration to their aesthetic value and reproduces their appeal, thus leaving a deep impression on tourists.Increase its pleasure in the process of traveling.Reception aesthetics, as a literary theory, is also instructive to translation time.The theory holds that there are gaps and uncertainties in literary works, and the translator must read, understand and interpret the product according to his own aesthetic experience, pre-knowledge structure and expectation field of vision, and fill the gap accordingly.In this paper, the author makes a comprehensive study of the translation of public signs by combining theory and demonstration, deduction and induction, thus proving that reception aesthetics has a guiding role in the translation of public signs, and puts forward specific translation principles at the same time.Under the premise of satisfying its basic function, public signs should take into account the expectations of the audience and seek ways to improve the quality of the English translation, so as to enhance the actual effect of the English translation in translation activities.Finally, according to the concrete examples, this paper summarizes four feasible translation strategies: transplantation, grafting, pruning and Pecky-to realize the aesthetic practice of public signs in different situations.
