赴厄汉语教师志愿者困难现状调查报告

【摘要】:本文以厄瓜多尔汉语教师志愿者为调查对象,旨在通过调查、整理、分析志愿者在厄瓜多尔面临的主要困难,为汉语国际教育专业研究生培养、志愿者培训和管理工作提供参考依据。正文分三部分。 第一部分阐述本文的研究背景,选题缘由,说明调查目的、方法和意义。 第二部分结合自身经历,从教学,文化传播,跨文化交际和心理状态四个方面通过访谈、问卷、再访谈,具体了解国汉语教师志愿者所面临的主要困难。此次调查统计数据显示,①该国汉语教材单一,致使汉语课程设置不够完善,汉语教师志愿者教学任务繁重,学生的学时难以保障,,教学效果往往达不到预期;②教师志愿者对少儿汉语教学准备不足;③文化传播模式较为单一,可持续性不强;④社会治安情况较差,汉语教师志愿者的安全感和防卫能力不强。 第三部分以调查分析结果为依据,为汉语国际教育研究生培养、志愿者培训和管理工作提供具有针对性的参考意见。提出:①汉语国际教育硕士专业应当增设“少儿汉语教学”作为“汉语作为第二语言教学”的拓展课程,且须特别重视对教材编写能力和教学资源利用能力的培养;②“中华文化传播”作为汉语国际教育硕士专业的一门核心课程,应当加大有关当代中国文化传播的教学内容;③汉语国际教育专业研究生培养和志愿者培训工作中应当增加生存训练,提高汉语教师志愿者安全意识和防卫能力。 本论文是从一名汉语教师志愿者的角度对赴该国的汉语教师志愿者这一群体展开的调查研究,分析和建议更加符合这一群体的实际情况。笔者也希望通过这次调查,为今后的赴该国的汉语教师志愿者提供帮助,也为促进该国国别化汉语研究贡献自己的力量。
[Abstract]:This article takes the volunteer of Ecuadorian Chinese teacher as the object of investigation, aims to analyze the main difficulties that volunteers face in Ecuador through investigation, collation, and training for graduate students majoring in Chinese international education. Volunteer training and management provide reference basis. The text is divided into three parts. The first part describes the research background, the reason of the topic, the purpose, methods and significance of the investigation. In the second part, from the aspects of teaching, cultural communication, cross-cultural communication and psychological state, the author makes a detailed understanding of the main difficulties faced by Chinese teacher volunteers through interviews, questionnaires and interviews. The statistical data of this survey show that the Chinese teaching materials in this country are single, resulting in the Chinese curriculum is not perfect enough, the Chinese teachers' teaching tasks are heavy, the students' study hours are difficult to guarantee, and the teaching effect is often not up to expectations; (2) lack of preparation for the teaching of Chinese for children. (3) lack of cultural communication mode, lack of sustainability and poor social security; lack of sense of security and defense ability of Chinese teacher volunteers. The third part, based on the results of investigation and analysis, provides some suggestions for the postgraduate training, volunteer training and management of Chinese international education. It is suggested that "Children's Chinese Teaching" should be added as an extended course of "Chinese as a second language Teaching" in the Master's major of Chinese International Education, and that special attention should be paid to the cultivation of the ability of compiling teaching materials and the ability of utilizing teaching resources. (2) as a core course of master's degree major in Chinese international education, "Chinese Culture Communication" should increase the teaching content of contemporary Chinese culture communication; (3) the survival training should be increased in the training of postgraduates and volunteers of Chinese international education, and the safety consciousness and defense ability of Chinese teachers should be improved. From the perspective of a Chinese teacher volunteer, this paper makes an investigation and research on the Chinese teacher volunteer in China. The analysis and suggestions are more in line with the actual situation of this group. The author also hopes to provide help for future Chinese teacher volunteers and contribute to the study of the nationalized Chinese language in the country through this survey.
