蒙古族传统饮食名称文化语言学研究

【摘要】:本文在田野调查资料和前人研究的基础上,从文化语言学角度研究蒙古国和中国边境地区的蒙古人,以及俄罗斯布里亚特人们的传统的奶制品和肉制的相关名词术语,明确了其区别和关系,同时适当的分析和研究了食用奶制品和肉制品的传统习俗 语言是文化的载体。蒙古传统奶制品和肉制品是蒙古饮食文化的核心部分。所以长期以来奶制品和肉制品的名称在蒙古语词汇里占重要的地位。从这个意义上看,奶制品和肉制品的名称是了解蒙古传统文化和思维定势的关键。通过研究,了解了蒙古奶制品和肉制品不仅仅是饮食,而是蒙古文化,民俗的集中表现。不难看出传统奶制品和肉制品是分散居住在广袤土地上的蒙古人,给同样的物品起不同的名称,同一个名称来称呼不同的东西,有特色的名称是只有当地特有饮食文化载体。明确了饮食文化的语言又遵崇、象征。意义并有教育性质,充分表现了蒙古人的思维特征。 通过该研究懂得蒙古人所特有的文化民俗是通过语言传承过来的,所以应视其为蒙古人对文化语言学作出的贡献。要想传承和保留蒙古文化、民俗,必须保护语言文化、普及和丰富蒙古语词汇。总而言之总结规范蒙古奶制品和肉制品的名称和进一步研究是极其更重要的。
[Abstract]:On the basis of field investigation and previous studies, this paper studies the terms of traditional dairy products and meat from the perspective of cultural linguistics in the Mongolian and Chinese border areas, as well as the traditional dairy products and meat system of the Buryat people in Russia. At the same time, the traditional language of edible dairy products and meat products is the carrier of culture. Mongolian traditional dairy products and meat products are the core part of Mongolian food culture. So the names of dairy products and meat products have been important in Mongolian vocabulary for a long time. In this sense, the names of dairy products and meat products are the key to understanding Mongolian traditional culture and mindset. Through the study, we know that Mongolian dairy and meat products are not only diet, but Mongolian culture and folklore. It is not difficult to see that traditional dairy products and meat products are scattered in the vast land of Mongolians, giving the same items different names, the same name to address different things, the unique name is only local unique food culture carrier. Clear the language of food culture and respect, symbol. The meaning and the nature of education fully show the thinking characteristics of the Mongols. Through this study, it is understood that the unique cultural folklore of the Mongols is inherited by language, so it should be regarded as the contribution of the Mongols to cultural linguistics. In order to inherit and retain Mongolian culture and folklore, we must protect language and culture, popularize and enrich Mongolian vocabulary. In a word, it is extremely important to summarize and standardize the names and further research of Mongolian dairy and meat products.
