【摘要】：人性关怀是人类文学创作的永恒主题,恶与善、丑与美既是人性构成的内容,也是作家表现的对象和表达的态度。莫言的小说多被认为是对人性恶的残忍表现,甚至被认为是艺术化的欣赏。其实,莫言始终坚持以展示人性的真实性和丰富性为写作目的,艰难的追求最完整和最美好的人性。莫言的人性观并不复杂,其复杂可能很多是来自于人们对于他创作的自我理解。莫言心底里一直充满了对于善与美的追求,这和他从小开始的人生经历、母亲和老师的教诲和影响以及山东大地世代传承的伦理道德和古朴民风有很大的关系。莫言的作品通过对于人性和社会阴暗面的揭露,实质上是一种人性和人生的对比:在对恶人的刻画和恶行的描写中,浅隐着对于好人的同情和善行的肯定。即通过细致、夸张的人性恶的展示而衬托对人性善的追求和表现。这种曲折性和对比性致使人们往往忽略了他揭露丑恶的本质目的:对于丑恶的展示是为了否定丑恶的存在,最终追求的是与之对立的美好人性。从他早前的作品开始,就一直坚守着这种诉求。分析莫言的作品,我们会看到他对于人们敢爱敢恨的赞美,对于无私母爱的崇敬,对于勇敢正直的坚持,对于美好善良人性不曾泯灭的向往追求。无论是揭露人性恶如何成为一种敬业精神的《檀香刑》,还是在困境中表现出惊人的母爱本能的《丰乳肥臀》,还是对于《天堂蒜薹之歌》《蛙》等全景描写社会人生复杂性的小说,都是对特殊历史环境中的人进行审视和思考,批判残忍冷漠自私自利的丑恶,同时挖掘人们内心深处不曾泯灭的人性善。
