【摘要】：作为西汉今文经学流传至今的一部较完整之作，《韩诗外传》以其独特视角记录了当时人们对于《诗经》的理解，反映了汉初《诗经》的传播状况。《韩诗外传》是汉初经师讲解《诗经》的传授记录，其以儒家思想为基本立场，以微言大义的说解之法，对《诗经》中诗句的思想内涵进行了隐性诠释。在引诗证义的过程中，《韩诗外传》广采黄老道家、法家、杂家等诸子之说，因循损益、以传资政，从礼乐教化、道德伦理等方面阐发了儒家的仁义礼法之道，试图为汉代大一统王朝提供一套完备的治国方案。本文主要从经学特色与思想内涵两方面入手，对《韩诗外传》的说诗特色及其主儒学而“采杂说”的思想面貌进行系统、全面地把握。第一章主要就《韩诗外传》的编纂与著作性质进行分析。关于《韩诗外传》的著作性质，讨论的焦点主要集中于《韩诗外传》是否为解《诗》之作。《韩诗外传》虽依附于《诗经》，但并不侧重对《诗经》的注释与说解，，而是以事与诗相互阐发的方式，赋予诗句与论述主体相关的内涵，使之与儒家义理相呼应。通过对今本《韩诗外传》思想面貌、经学特色及汉初今文经学的学术背景的分析可知，《韩诗外传》对《诗经》的说解虽不尽合于诗本义，但其用诗之作的著作性质，清晰可见。第二章从说诗特色入手，以相同诗句在《论语》、《孟子》、《荀子》及《韩诗外传》中的说解形式为分析重点，将《韩诗外传》的说诗特色同先秦诗学说诗之法加以对照辨析，考辨源流，总结《韩诗外传》以微言大义的说解之法，对《诗经》中诗句思想内涵进行隐性诠释的说诗特色，梳理《韩诗外传》在儒家诗学传授体系中的地位、价值，考察先秦诗学传统在两汉初期的发展面貌。第三章具体从《韩诗外传》对天人关系的阐释、对礼与法的统一、对君子人格的高扬、对黄老思想的杂糅四个方面，就《外传》立足儒家基本立场，对黄老道家、法家、杂家等诸子思想予以融合与改造的思想特色做一探究，试图对其在思想上由纯儒转向杂糅的思想特征作出总结。第四章对《韩诗外传》在汉代思想史中的地位进行分析。本文通过对《韩诗外传》的著作性质、说诗特色、思想内涵等内容进行分析，以期对《韩诗外传》主儒学而“采杂说”的思想特征作出总结，探索其与汉代儒家思想的关系及对汉代经学思想的影响。
[Abstract]:As a relatively complete work in the study of the Western Han Dynasty, the Book of songs recorded people's understanding of the Book of songs from its unique perspective.It reflects the spreading situation of the Book of songs in the early Han Dynasty. "the biography of Korean poetry" is the teaching record of explaining "the Book of songs" by the teachers of the early Han Dynasty.This paper gives a recessive interpretation of the ideological connotation of the verse in the Book of songs.In the process of citing poems to prove the meaning, the "Korean Poems abroad" extensively adopted the theories of Huang-Lao Taoism, Legalists, miscellaneous schools and so on, and explained the Confucian way of benevolence and morality from the aspects of etiquette and music education, morality and ethics, and so on, in line with the profit and loss, in order to pass on the senior officials, and from the aspects of etiquette and music education, moral ethics, and so on.This paper tries to provide a complete plan for the Han Dynasty.Starting with the characteristics of Confucian classics and the connotation of ideology, this paper systematically and comprehensively grasps the characteristics of saying poems and its main Confucianism and "taking miscellaneous theories" in the book of Foreign Biography of Korean Poems.The first chapter mainly analyzes the compilation and the nature of the works.As to the nature of the works, the focus of the discussion is mainly on whether or not the book of Korean poetry is a work for the interpretation of the Book of songs. Although it is attached to the Book of songs, it does not focus on the annotation and explanation of the Book of songs.Instead, by the way of explaining things and poems mutually, it endows the poetic sentence with the connotation of the subject of discourse, and makes it echo with the Confucian theory of justice.Through the analysis of the ideological features, the characteristics of Confucian classics and the academic background of the early Han Dynasty, we can see that although the interpretation of the Book of songs is not consistent with the original meaning of poetry, the nature of his works on poetry can be clearly seen.The second chapter starts with the characteristics of saying poems, and analyzes the forms of explanation of the same poems in Analects of Confucius, Mencius, Xunzi and the Foreign Biography of Korean Poems, and contrasts the characteristics of saying poems with the methods of poetry theory in the Pre-Qin Dynasty.This paper discusses the origin and stream of Korean poetry, summarizes the method of explaining and explaining the meaning of Korean poetry, recessive interprets the ideological connotation of poems in the Book of songs, and combs the status and value of Korean Poetry in the Confucian poetics teaching system.To investigate the development of poetics tradition in the early Han Dynasty.In the third chapter, from four aspects: the explanation of the relationship between heaven and man, the unification of ritual and law, the promotion of the personality of the gentleman and the mixture of Huang Lao's thoughts, on the basis of the basic stand of Confucianism, the author has a view to the Huanglao Taoism and the Legalists.This paper explores the characteristics of the fusion and transformation of the thoughts of various schools of thought, and attempts to summarize their ideological characteristics from pure Confucianism to hybridity.The fourth chapter analyzes the status of Korean Poems in the history of Han Dynasty.In this paper, the author analyzes the characters of the works, the characteristics of the poems and the connotation of his thoughts, in order to sum up the ideological characteristics of the main Confucianism.To explore its relationship with the Confucian thought of the Han Dynasty and its influence on the thought of Confucian classics in the Han Dynasty.
