从山羊血黎洞丸看《红楼梦》的成书时间

【摘要】：《红楼梦》叙袭人被踢伤后,宝玉命人取"山羊血黎洞丸"药。据现存文献可知,最早记载黎洞丸的《外科证治全生集》和《医宗金鉴》两书均成书和刊刻于乾隆初年。从医学角度考察,"山羊血黎洞丸"组方与袭人被踢伤后所需诊治的病症吻合,此方当是作者在生活中接触或研读过,且深谙其药理,故在行文中信笔拈来。据此推断,《红楼梦》写定时间当在乾隆初年或以后,所谓《红楼梦》成书于康熙朝的说法,难以成立。
[Abstract]:After being kicked and injured, Baoyu ordered people to take "Goat Blood Lidong Pill" medicine.According to the existing literature, the earliest records of Lidong Pill "the whole set of Surgical Syndrome" and "Jin Jian of Medical Zong" are both written and printed in the early years of Qianlong.From the medical point of view, the prescription of "Goat Blood Lidong Pill" is consistent with the diagnosis and treatment of Xiren after being kicked. It is believed that the author has come into contact with or studied it in his life, and knows its pharmacology well, so it is written in Citic.Based on this, it is inferred that A Dream of Red Mansions was written in the early years of Qianlong or later, the so-called "Dream of Red Mansions" was written in the Kangxi Dynasty, which is difficult to establish.
